She has only been shortlisted, so im trying not to get to excited.

ellesmum - I read through your dilema. In my experience B&B and KL seem to have the same clients and they are both excellant agencies so I don't think it really matters who you go with.
Also, as they are both sole-rep I would not reccomend going with both for even a short while as they will find out very fast due to having the same clients Someome who used to come on this site was with a sole rep agency and she joined to various others too, when the sole rep agency found out they told her to decide who she wanted to stay with. I don't think B&B and KL would be that generous I imagine they would take her of the books as they are so popular.
I hope you make the right descion for your daughter though there is not really much difference between them.

mysonsmum> we are with UA, we have never needed a licence for photography, but as this is an advert Alysia wants to make sure that it is ready should they decide to use DD. I think that it is the case that UA usually wait until one is needed to get one, and some other agencies like you to have them ready as they can sometimes take for ever to complete.

thanks marratty, i will not go with them both as its too risky, ill go to the bruce and brown interview and see what happens, if i decide to go with b and b i will tell kids as i didnt sign a contract, so hopefully they should let me go. will prob just stay with kids as they are similar agencies and both free so cant really loose.

i have brought short auditions for 6-16 year old of amazon as recommended on here for when my dd go's back to carole, ment to say julie what a lovely house she has! x

lindic - he still says he dont want to go to the party, yet its really not practical at all i was hopeing me and hubbie was doing prep etc at home, so really we need both pairs of hands

yes her house nice, totally different to the tube station area!

let me know what you think on the book as i was going to order it aswell (yet not got round to it)

has carole got no chaperones on her books they take children for you i do it for an agency and get lots of work at the bbc and itv when parents cant do it or mostly when they are using twins and need two adults, if you feel comftable letting someone else take him u could ask her?x

NO Lanismum im not sure when I will know for definate. The shoot dates will be the 17th or 18th thats all I know.

I have just had a call to see if we are available for a casting on Fri, but I dont know what its for.

Does anyone know of any castings happening on Fri?

I have just spoken to UA, the casting on Friday is for John Lewis.

Aparently its a different team to the one from the christmas toys.

Is anyone else going?

ellesmum- i misunderstood, 1230 next thurs! shame i wont see you as we should be on teh train back by then. i wonder what their assesments are like

anyone whose with b and b can you advise what they did at your assesment. ts was a group one and no kids got not accepted. Nc was a one on one appointment, scallywags was a group one yet they took photos
