ellesmum.......so glad the casting went well and that dd smiled and enjoyed it. Hope you have a positive response on this!

Tigeryuan.......Sorry your ds was not as co-operative as the previous child......lets just hope he has the right look! Sometimes it can be very frustrating when the kids don't perform as well as you'd like after all the trouble to get there. But hey, they are only kids!

My DD has been confirmed for the job for Girl Talk Magazine for tomorrow! Yeah!!!!! Just waiting for details. Then she is also possibly being booked for a WHSmith Christmas Catalogue shoot on Thursday......she cast for this last week with DS and agency just called to check availability.

2manypimms.......Glad you had a good holiday in France! We are off for our 2 weeks there on Sunday!! By the way, I still have one of the E4idents saved on the sky box. It's not the one I sent you........think this one was filmed in the bathroom. Did you get all of them in the end? I know I did also see one filmed in the living room. Idents never pay very well........BBC ones even less so!! It's on TV Commercials only that have buy outs.

hi everyone just got some good news elle got the job with the cashmere company from the casting this morning they are called coats the shoots on wednesday!!! really excited!!

Did anyone go to either a Virgin or Nintendo casting this afternoon? My DD (age 10 ) had both at very short notice.

ellesmum......A BIG WELL DONE!!!!!! You must be so excited! A job on her first casting is fantastic!! Perhaps you'd better stick with KL now?

tigeryuan......your name not on the list is quite normal. We are with same agency and have had "request castings" and got there and they do not have our name on the list. Lots of reasons why this could happen...don't worry about it.

educatingrita- two casting at short notice thats good how did they go can i ask who your dd is with my dd is 11 and im still trying to decide from the ones that said yes good luck for the jobs.

oh and i have emailed bruce and brown saying i wont be coming to their interview because of commitments to KL and asked them to keep her details on file for future reference, incase i want to go with them in the future. doubt they will but no harm in trying.

a big question 2 everyone do u think ill need a license for this job? kids didnt mention it. its photographic work.

I cant believe our luck, dd got offerd a casting for today with cs but could'nt do it as already bought tickets for chessington, then while we were at chessington MOT rang to say there was a casting for dd this afternoo and had to turn that down as well.

Its just so annoying had nothing for a while, then 2 auditions for the same day which i had to turn down agggghhhh

strawbs- what a pain! that was a real short notice one with MOT , are they doing it on any other days at all, when it rains it pours! something else will come up dont worry
