Missy >> I'm assuiming that you're up north... Why don't you try DK? Their website is www.dkmodels.net or Boss maybe? I know their books will only open in August but they're very reputable!

just got back from UA and and it couldnt have been any more opposite than the other one we went to. they were lovely, ds was relaxed, only one other child there not 35! they had toys for him to play with. ds was great couldnt have been any better - done everything they said smiled etc. so know he tried his best so its up to them now. will let you know.

Izzy >> How is DD? Hope she is on the mend and home again with you now. Any sign of your new baby yet then???!! You must be getting twitchy by now - hope you are manageing to get some sort of rest! Mine may be along earlier than expected as its very small (doesn't even reach the centile chart!)and they have said they may take me in next week! will keep you posted!!!

Yackerty >> Sorry to hear that, are you worried? How far are you anyway? Any reason baby's not growing properly?
I'm still waiting and tbh never wanted to go over so badly, it would be really bad to go into labour now with dd still in hospital... she's allowed home during the day but then we're back there every 6 hours for IV antibiotics, she's going through a lot of stress, it's quite sad to see it ... we'll see the orthopedics tomorrow and they'll decide if she's allowed home, fingers crossed!!
Hope you're well otherwise... are you still working?

ohh Izz sorry to hear that DD is still having to stay in at night... will keep fingers crossed that she is allowed home tomorrow (and that you can hold off long enough for her be home and well) I know its so much easier said than done but hope you are manageing to look after yourself as well -
I finish work friday and can't wait!! We have no ideas as to why the baby is small I am seeing the specialist a week wednesday and they will decide what to do then!! I will be 32 weeks and am praying that they don't admit me......how would I cope without MN!!

izzy and yack sorry you are both having a tough time at the min, iz, i really hope they decide shes well enough to come home tomorrow, and that your bump stays a bump and not a baby for a bit longer
yack, do i remember you mentioning that ds was premature too? how early was he?(or did i just imagine this?)
mysonsmummy, they are all lovely at ua, glad your ds did as he was asked, did you see the pics on the computer? fingers crossed for him.

Cheers Lanismum....i feel fine myself just a bit tired when i get home from work but finish on friday so YIPPEE!!! Yes DS was prem only by 5 weeks but he was very small and had stopped growing ....it seems this one is similar!! but at least they are monitoring me so I feel alot happier-last time it was all a bit of a panic!
How is the gorgeous Lanis????

yes its great they have picked up on your baby being small and are keeping an eye on his/her growth, fingers crossed they wont take you in! lani is a demon child at the min, shes gone a bit crazy in the last few weeks, really odd, i keep trying to think if iv started giving her anything different food or drinks wise, shes stopped sleeping as much, hardly eats anything, throws herself on the floor if things dont go her way, wheres my placid little girl gone? terrible twos at 15 months

yes i saw her! awwwww so sweet! how are the drs at cannulating the little lady? i hope they are getting them in 1st time, i knew a lot of drs that had real trouble getting them in small kids, is she using the emla cream? poor little love, having iv meds isnt nice for anyone, i know i found it really uncomfortable!

Not been on for a while. Things still are very very quiet on the modelling front but I think this may be a good thing. DS will not sit still for a minute at the moment he's trying to get everywhere :) Also he cant be what people want cos BG said that his picture is being sent out alot :) OH WELL :)
I've got my party this saturday YAY! The weather man says its gonna be nice!

also, i have heard so much bad about models direct over the years, what with watchdog stories etc, but lately hear that they are getting work and other intermittent comments that are more positive. Are they getting better or am I being misled?

i am with BK and my advice to you would be try some more agenices first. BK accept most people. we have been with them for 2 years and had one job and not one casting. when i get in touch they dont even know who i am although they say they are putting us forward for jobs cant see it. someone else will help you with who to apply to. good luck

Just found this website, hoping someone will be able to give me some advice!
My daughter has been with Bizzy Kidz for 15 months and had no work or castings and I've been told by friends that I should try other agencies as she may not be Bizzy Kidz' type but I can't find information on agencies, does anybody know if there's any list of reputable agencies anywhere?
