Hi guys,

New mom to modelling and just after some advice on Euro kids and Kids Ltd that have both invited my daughter for photo shoot.

Any advice or comments on companies greatly received :)

Hi Juile4travel

No problems with Truly Scrumptious at all, my sons had quite a few jobs (tv ad, small part in The Queens Sister, scenes in The Secret Election, debenhams,sun, toy boxes) to name a few. My sons just turned 7 and is on the small side so find that although go to some clothing casting tend not to get the jobs.
What more can I say other than a very good friendly agency.
If you need any info on them just ask, I know from when I was looking into them that I couldn't find much on this site.

for those who went to UA interview can you tell me where the studio is near it says Peterborough Road but has no no. but looking on a map its such a long road could be anyway. do you remember it being near anyhere. also found fantastic place called Gambado just round the corner - anyone been there? thought be nice treat for ds afterwards. bribe really lol

hiya, are you going tomorrow? are you getting a train,if you go to wandsworth town station and walk across the road, by a big macdonalds, straight over wandsworth bridge, do a left by a huge pc world, walk straight down and you will see a street off on the right, the studio is in a massive building with brightly coloured painting thingy over the entrance, sorry for the crap directions, and if you are driving, im no help to you at all! but if you put the hungry tiger studios into google, their website comes up and if you click contact us, there are directions, and a map, sorry, i cant do links Blush

we decided to go tuesday so we could enjoy the bank holiday. do you know the area - that soft play area i found looks amazing. must learn to do link! has anyone been bit expensive but thinking of going. anyone drove there? who is lani with ATM?

mysonsmummy..my dd joined u/a last november.you can park just outside lots of parking meters.the studio is at the end of peterborough road.wandsworth bridge end(hope this helps).i am taking my ds there tomorrow morning .

lanis with urban angels at the min, we are going today to update her pics, i dont know the area well, but have seen the website for the soft play place, it looks great, but im not sure if it might be a bit old for lani, shes 14 months old, might give it a try though.

Beaniesmum- thank you again. my son is on the small side aswell for his age of 5 and half, don't know if this is good or bad. Your son has had lots of work - well done. they must be doing something right! hope they accept him at the assesment now.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES WITH ua - joining fee etc? DO YOU HAVE TO PAY TO UPDATE (sorry) photos. with BK you just send in your own but bet they are much nicer to have them done properly.

mysonsmummy >> they only charge £40 for the photos and only if they offer you a contract! Good luck and let us know how you get on, fingers crossed they'll offer your gorgeous ds a contract :)

Izzi- Hope all is getting better with your little one. We are going to see TS on the 10th June (fingers crossed). Norris carr and cs this thurs/fri so will email how we get on after that.

DD's getting better, we bring her home during the day and only take her in for antibiotics, it's tough but we'll get through, thanks for asking Smile. She's really well in herself, only thing is that she can't stand or walk but can crawl and etc.

hello everyone, iz, im glad dd is getting better, and is being allowed home during the day, lets hope shes back to running about soon!
lani had her pics updated yesterday, she chose the exact moment they wanted her to stand still to become a demon child, she threw herself on the floor, tried to 'swim' ran away, just demonic behaviour in general, bet they wont send her on any jobs now Grin but they did get some very nice pics in the end, so hopefully they make allowences for the terrible twos, even if she is only 14 months!

lanismum >> oh no! that's not good although they must be used to that kind of stuff... I'm always SO embarassed when dd decides to put a tantrum in public, I just laugh! I'm sure they'll get her some work, she's too gorgeous!!

lanismum - i know that feeling really well. i think the more we try to get them to stop they more they do it. but bet they know its quite a stressful time and make allowances for it. ds has grown out of that now but still does get quite shy when he first meets new prople. when we did a job he was fine after couple of minutes. but at the shoot we wont have much time. i will be bribing him before we go in - we are off to butlins fri. so will use that as his treat. found a fanstic linen top in tescos for £5 for shoot.

mysonsmummy, good luck for tomorrow,hope all the bribery works and he lets them take his pics, they rang me with a yes a couple of days after so you should know this week, glad you found him a white top, great price too, i expect it wont last too long though!
oh by the way, was it your son that collects sainsburys vouchers? i have some hes welcome to if they are still collecting them? give us an email at gerri smith 79 @ hotmail.com (no spaces) and ill post them off tomorrow.

that will be great thanks because they run out really soon. god im so nervous. dont know why because hes gorgeous and loves having photos taken. just know this is so important cos i dont want to be with agency im with anymore. glad it early so cant get it over with. will let you know tomorrow how it goes.
