In Expats own words last night

"Keep it coming, folks. She NEEDS this miracle*.

There is indeed power in our prayers and hopes and love.....and especially the amount of us lighting candles and taking time to just think about them. On my own part, pretty much everyone I know knows about our prayers for Aillidh....so many people thinking of her.

I pray today for continued strength for Expat, continued love for Aillidh, and continued hugs for Giraffes, who is there with them walking this tightrope and being a true angel.

xxxxx

Love and prayers

GwendolineMaryLacey · 07/07/2012 23:37

I don't have the gift with words that some of you have here. And for a Catholic I'm lamentably slack with the prayer knowledge too. But I've been lighting candles in church and thinking of you all day and night.

Much love and strength to Aillidh and all of her family and friends xxx

FriedSprout · 07/07/2012 23:37

Little Aillidh I have no faith, I can't understand how God could let a small child suffer so, but when I see a rainbow I will think of you.

You and your family have touched so many hearts, may your strength give them strength. Sx

bugsylugs · 07/07/2012 23:44

You are in my thoughts. It is with a heavy heart that I read tonight's update. Praying and hoping for a miracle. Holding out hand and offering my strength.

Praying without words. Aching. Hoping for that miracle. God's will be done.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39

Calyx · 07/07/2012 23:54

Thanks mumat39 for the candle link, another lit and prayer before bed for Ailidh and family and friends. Sending you love and healing xxx

Northernlurker · 07/07/2012 23:56

Oh AMEN to that Gingercurl. So powerful. Nothing can seperate us from the love of God.

MrsDeV I have been thinking of you and Billie. I know this must be a very difficult time for you. I am not religious but one of they hymns I remember from my childhood is Be not afraid. If the time comes i imagine Billie saying the words to Aillidh.
Be not afraid,
I go before you always,
Come follow me,
And I will give you rest.
