In Expats own words last night

"Keep it coming, folks. She NEEDS this miracle*.

There is indeed power in our prayers and hopes and love.....and especially the amount of us lighting candles and taking time to just think about them. On my own part, pretty much everyone I know knows about our prayers for Aillidh....so many people thinking of her.

I pray today for continued strength for Expat, continued love for Aillidh, and continued hugs for Giraffes, who is there with them walking this tightrope and being a true angel.

Aillidh Christine, may the Lord bless and keep you safe with Him always.

My heart is breaking for your family but I know you are home safe with our Lord. I will believe and I will not be afraid.

'Surely your goodness and unfailing love will pursue me
all the days of my life,
and I will live in the house of the Lord
forever'

RabidAnchovy · 08/07/2012 02:19

All my love to Expat, family and friends.

Aillidh was a bright blazing star who has touched the hearts of so many, encouraged so many to become donors to Anthony Nolan; ripples from her life will touch many, many children into the future and give them a chance to survive this awful disease.

PoppyWearer · 08/07/2012 02:31

I think with all the love and prayers surrounding her, Aillidh will be fine.
But , of course, you knew that anyway.
I would like to salute you expat, warrior mother, with the deepest respect.

What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls a butterfly. Love is immortal and Aillidh lives on with the angels in her heavenly Father's kingdom.

Ailidh we prayed for a miracle, but you were and are a miracle. Your conception, birth, life and the fight you had have all been miraculous. So many have been touched by you and their lives changed. The impact you're having will live on in many lives and touch people way into the future.

Expat, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted" (Psalm 34:18). xxxxx
