In Expats own words last night

"Keep it coming, folks. She NEEDS this miracle*.

There is indeed power in our prayers and hopes and love.....and especially the amount of us lighting candles and taking time to just think about them. On my own part, pretty much everyone I know knows about our prayers for Aillidh....so many people thinking of her.

I pray today for continued strength for Expat, continued love for Aillidh, and continued hugs for Giraffes, who is there with them walking this tightrope and being a true angel.

xxxxx

Aillidh - oh the things you've done!

Please know sweetheart, that if now is your time, that you have touched so so many people in your lifetime. There is not a person on mumsnet who does not know your name, you have touched so many people and made a difference to us all. We are all better people for having known you, and i pray that whatever happens now you and your family will know just how much you are loved by strangers who never even met you.

Aillidh, you have been and are being such a brave strong girl, your story has touched me in so many ways, that you have the strength to fight as far as you have. Praying for you tonight, and sending lots of love.

I am also praying for your Mummy, Daddy, siblings and extended family and friends. That they have the strength and courage they need tonight, and to feel the love and support you all have from around the world.

((((HUGS))))

Alibabaandthe40nappies · 07/07/2012 22:00

I so hope expat can feel the hands of the thousands of mothers who are holding her tonight.
May God give them strength and peace.

So very sad. Have lit another candle. I hope that whatever the outcome (and I am still hoping with every fibre of my being that it is positive) that Aillidh, expat and the wider family and friends find peace and comfort from each other. x
