Have you been pondering this for a while?

Has it been keeping you awake?

Gobbledispook · 29/10/2005 09:19

Hate sausage rolls purely because you just don't know what's in them!

They need to be fluffy and lovely. They generally aren't.

I feel the same way about breakfast sausages, they're either shite or great. Generally shite.

I cannot be a chav, because I am not English.

GeorgieVickyLou · 29/10/2005 09:24

Hmmm, yes like Sausage rolls.. Dont think i'm a chav though.. No not a chav..

GeorgieVickyLou · 29/10/2005 09:26

Don't have to be English to be a Chav (surely?)

I've never heard anyone in RL use word chav.

I'm in Scotland.

I love sausage rolls and i'm not a chav

LadyTophamHatt · 29/10/2005 09:37

I absolutely love sausage rolls. A real guilty pleasure.

Miaou · 29/10/2005 10:15

Oooh I love sausage rolls. But I eat them at the table with a knife and fork so that makes me posh.

lucykate · 29/10/2005 10:15

i like sausage rolls and am def not a chav, i own some clothes from boden!

vickiyumyum · 29/10/2005 10:17

LOL lucykate at the boden comment!

I like sausage rolls but only the linda macartney non meat ones, as with meat ones you're never sure what is in them!

Mytwopenceworth · 29/10/2005 10:53

yes you can be sure what's in them vmum - it's bottoms, testicles and mashed up noses. With a bit of tooth too, if you're lucky.

Yum.

Mytwopenceworth · 29/10/2005 10:54

sorry, 'vyum' (always trying to save myself a bit of typing!)

madmarchscare · 29/10/2005 11:03

Noooooo. They make me wretch. I know this isnt the question but I also hate kids in pushchairs with sausage rolls. All the bits getting squished everywhere, yeuch, followed by a haloween iced biscuit and washed down with a lovely fruit shoot. Im off to parp myself.

noddyholder · 29/10/2005 11:04

I hate them even the smell They are the preferred snack of choice for babies in buggies around here though

magnolia1 · 29/10/2005 11:06

Would never give one to dd4 in her buggy

Would eat one myself while pushing her in the buggy though

puff · 29/10/2005 11:11

My family adore my homemade sausage rolls, made with organic sausagemeat from the butchers. Both my children have eaten them whilst sitting in a buggy.

Call me Queen of the Chavs. I don't give a rats *rse.

puff · 29/10/2005 11:14

Oh and I make my own sausages too with the sausage making extension to my Kenwood Chef.

madmarchscare · 29/10/2005 11:16

LOL @ sausage making extension.

Homemade ones OK .
