Amazingly record shops do sell records these days! I heard that Warner Bros are going to reissue his back catalogue on vinyl so look out for them. I've seen some for sale on EBay too.

Although the tribute was a bit crap, when they played the opening bars of Lets Go Crazy and everyone stood up, it made me cry again! 👿😿

That's exactly how I feel Shboogie, he really did have so much more to give.

I keep thinking about him as an old man, leading some incredible jazz band - with a gorgeous young female vocalist no doubt :) - bringing on lots of special guests, looking fine in a beautiful suit and showing all the youngsters how its done. But I guess it just wasn't meant to be.

Tonight, you're right, they can't win with the tributes at all.

I've got nothing against Madonna doing one at all but I always find those things a bit morbid and sad, I just hate thinking Prince is in that category now.

I feel sad thinking how many great artists died so young and so needlessly these last few years. Whitney, Michael Jackson, Amy and now Prince. And Mick Jagger is still going strong!

What day have others bought tickets for the autism rocks tribute? Was is the Saturday? I'm really tempted! Depends if DH is working...

I can't get that tap dancing link to play. is it the whole dance? i found them on youtube but only a little bit of the dance. I'm really interested to see it as I love tap dancing! I'm in a show in a few weeks and we're tap dancing to Uptown Funk which of course is hugely influenced by Prince, so i love doing it!

Oh shame, look up Syncopated Ladies and see if you can see it that way...maybe you could copy the routine! Wish I could, they look amazing..
