Here we are, a week after Prince suddenly passed away. This is a thread to grieve, share your memories, thoughts, stories, videos and songs.

I watch Kimmy Schmidt! Which episode is that Each? I started watching series 2 but haven't continued due to spending all of my time watching Prince!

Series 2 isnt as good until you get about half way through. Its the one were her boss has to give back her only asset. A painting and i wont write down the rest as i feel bas just writing it! Its very close to the bone at times. I did enjoy the last few episodes although Kimmy is getting on my nerves!

in a side note. I have bought his last album hitandrun2 and really really love it. I wish he hadn't 'hidden' his music as much as he did in the last 15 years...

dora interesting to hear that about Hitandrun 2, I've been wanting to buy some of his newer stuff and wasn't sure where to start! I have listened to the snippets on iTunes though and thought that one sounded like it would be good

Can I join? I've been really affected by Prince's death.

Always liked the music, wasn't a fan of him particularly (I've always been like that, massive Duran fan but not interest in the actual band members iykwim?).

But I've been reading so much about him that I never knew and he was one amazing man, musician and inspiration.

I've had the greatest hits pretty much on repeat for 2 weeks.

Was really chuffed at how excited my 8 yr old was was they saw a red corvette at the weekend.

My kids really like his music, so happy to know they have good taste.

I'm defo getting some purple underwear (all a bit saggy baggy otherwise, but seen some photos where he definitely wasn't wearing any!). I can't believe I haven't already! I have a purple car, purple trousers, purple wallet, purple down jacket. My school uniform was even purple!
