You can figure things out quicker because you've seen how things happen in the past and so you watch the results a certain action will have. Joking of course! but seriously I'm feeling partly like I should really start to move on and get back to 'normal', I even tried watching normal telly last night with dh instead of being glued to the iPad, but I kept thinking about prince! It's like my heart has fallen in love with an old flame but my brain is telling it to stop being stupid , very strange though also lovely at the same time, so I'm torn really, I'd miss you lot as well! I've never been this involved in a thread before and I've loved all the chat, you all seem like a lovely bunch of ladies guess that must be Prince's influence...

Tonight you are right. I'm torn too. I'm feeling this overwhelming grief but can't really talk to anyone about it RL. We all still need each other. And a toy boy that look that that!

I'm just about managing to hold it together and watch normal tv with my ds but if I'm in the kitchen it's constant Prince and when I'm by myself it's constant Prince. My son usually retires to his bedroom after a while in the evening so I can put Prince on tv then. Lucky I don't have a dh to worry about as not sure how I'd be coping then if I couldn't spend all my spare time with the most gorgeous sexy man in the world. I do actually have a toy boy who I see occasionally and although he looks nothing like Prince (can't imagine there's anyone out there who does), he does at least put up with me quoting prince lyrics to him constantly, bless him

Great tattoo Each. I'm on the South East coast and tattoos are about £60 per hour down here.

The last time I was in the South of France a man that looked very much like Prince drove past me at Nice airport. I was transfixed! So maybe we could all start looking there ladies....

He looks great in that passport photo, hadn't aged at all. I just watched the New Girl episode again and he is so gorgeous in it!
Butter can you tell me where you got that tattoo image on page 34 from please? I'm still scouring the Internet for a design for my tattoo and I'm not coming up with much.

l find it really sad that's his iconic yellow guitar is being auctioned. Shouldn't it be kept by someone for sentimental reasons?🎸

Schb I looked up #princetattoo on Instagram & prince tattoo on Pinterest. Lots to look at there. Some quite horrific! I've just a charity colour run & got as purple as possible!

So I've just been listening to Diamonds & Pearls & I'm blubbing again. When will this stop? Found some lovely shots. And these words he allegedly wrote. Not sure if he wrote them or not, but hey, they pretty much sum it all up.

Oh, those words😥Did he really write them? It's set me off again!

Still umming and aahing Butter, I think definitely the symbol but I want something a bit more than that, I'll keep looking for inspiration.

Those words do sum it all up, I absolutely feel like a part of me has died.

Does anyone watch The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt on Netflix it must've been filmed just before he died. The incredibly rich New York princess boss falls on hard times and declares she'll have to sell all her Diamonds and Pearls now and her friend replies I think you will have to sell more Prince albums than just that one to make any money. It did make me giggle. If only Tina Fey knew.
