Hmm, interesting and bizarre sounding theory. Satanism in music.

I randomly stumbled across someone discussing this on here so I did alot of research and the findings have actually been quite shocking, it would seem tha a lot of celebs beyonce rhianna and jay z all seem to openly worship, from their hand gestures to what they wear etc.

I am fully aware this sounds totally bizarre and I assure you I am not insane, but have a Google and post your feed back. (can't do links as I'm on mobile) :)

No, I agree with pinkfluffy, Loopy, AttillatheMum and the millions of young people on the internet who know what's what, as well as the man on my favourite new news programme, WildUncutTV, laying it on the line.

Grin
ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 20/03/2011 15:12

I think this entire thread has been one great big spam attack for claig's favourite new news programme.

claig · 20/03/2011 15:13

I have explained why I think they are doing it.

ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 20/03/2011 15:16

Yes because of their PLAN. Their secret plan that no-one knows when, how, what or even if anything is going to happen.

[Sigh] I'm going to have to become an really successful RnB artist to get into their inner circle and find out for myself aren't I? I hope you all appreciate the sacrifices (no pun intended Grin) I am going to have to make to do that for you all. And I don't even suit bling.

pinkfluffyprincess · 20/03/2011 15:16

Anyway, I have to get my essay started, which, incidently, is on delusional beliefs (of which I have none) and the ineptitude of psychiatry in trying to "cure" them, because of the adherence to the medical model.

Virgowoo · 20/03/2011 15:18

Do you want me to teach you how to do the butterfly, ShinyMoon? Also, everyone suits bling.

ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 20/03/2011 15:19

But Pink, you know you can't be mad if you think you're mad so if you don't think you're mad you may well be Wink

pinkfluffyprincess · 20/03/2011 15:19

Shut it

claig · 20/03/2011 15:20

pinkfluffy it is great to see that you work in that field. You have a great understanding and you will help thousands of people in your career. You read between the lines, you won't just blindly follow what is in the textbook. Keep thinking, keep questioning, keep searching and you will help thousands of people.

ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 20/03/2011 15:22

I'd rather learn how to do the baphomet Virgo, that seems to be the in thing nowadays.

pinkfluffyprincess · 20/03/2011 15:22

Thanks Claig. I will.

Virgowoo · 20/03/2011 15:23

Hang on, I've got Rihanna on speed dial, I bet she knows how to do that move.

claig · 20/03/2011 15:26

She invented it

claig · 20/03/2011 15:29

It's a shame we have no knowledgeable satanists on this thread. I know we have lots of Guardian readers. I felt sure we would have some satanists.

Virgowoo · 20/03/2011 15:31

Rihanna is going to pop round later and show me. I'll put an instructional video on youtube later on how to do the baphomet.

Quite looking forward to it. Think there'll be some Wine involved. Thats not wine, by the way. Bwahahahah.

ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 20/03/2011 15:33

So will it be BYOB(lood) Virgo?

Virgowoo · 20/03/2011 15:36

Think it has to be virginal, so perhaps not mine. Wink

ShinyMoonInAPurpleSky · 20/03/2011 15:44

Virgins that are willing to be sacrificed are so hard to come by these days too. They have "rights" apparently.

nenevomito · 20/03/2011 16:05

Spot on about delusional beliefs and psychaiatry, Pink as it is all tied in to what someone may or may not think as delusional.

I think anyone who belives that the music industry has promoted satanism for the last 40-odd years is delusional as the way I interpret the evidence doess not point to that conclusion. You do not believe that you are delusional as you interpret the same evidence as leading to that truth. There is no point in my trying to "cure" your delusional belief as you will always find evidence to refute my position or back up your own.

In the same way that someone living alone may have the belief that their neighbours are out to get them. Some may see that as a paranoid delusion, but it could actually be that they have experienced enough events for them to lead to that conclusion, so its not paranoia, its truth.

Its a fine balance.

I still think that if you believe the conspiracy of satanism in music you need to go and have a word with yourself.

I still blame Cliff Richard.

loopylou6 · 20/03/2011 16:25

I think baby that calling us dellusion is a bit mean. Just because you don't agree with our theories doesn't give you the right to launch personal attacks.

I have eyes and I can see what's going on.

I do not resort to name calling to people who see things different to me because I respect other peoples views.

BitOfFun · 20/03/2011 16:27

Where does that leave me as a long-haired lover from Liverpool?

claig · 20/03/2011 16:31

Are you a psychiatrist, babyheave?

What is the difference between a delusional belief and a wrong belief?

I don't believe we had only '50 days left to save the planet'. I believe that Gordon Brown was wrong, not delusional. I believe you are wrong not to understand that there are blatant satanic references in these videos, not that you are delusional.

Who defines delusional? Is it delusional to believe in God in your opinion. I don't think that satanists are delusional.

What school of psychiatry ascribes people's beliefs to be delusional? Is it the KGB school of psychiatry? Are we delusional "flat-earthers" if we think that Gordon was wrong about climate catastrophe?

colditz · 20/03/2011 16:33

alistron1 · 20/03/2011 16:36

Look, anyone who thinks that 'the illuminati' is trying to control us via the works of JayZ, Rhianna and Beyonce in order to get us all to ride the pale horse is delusional.

And that's a scientific fact.
