The product test you've all been waiting for.... we need 20 testers for the Philips Sensual Massager

OK so we've given out jam, shower gel, Dysons and even pregnancy tests but now, as they say, for something completely different. We're looking for 20 mumsnetters (and their partners) to try the new Philips Sensual Massager - and we're not talking about back massage . If you're not sure what a sensual massager is, it's probably best to click here before you go any further, or read what Philips say about the product:

"The new Philips Sensual Massager is designed specifically for couples and will take your sensual relationship together to new exciting levels. It is shaped to fit the contours of male and female erogenous zones meaning it can be used all over to arouse your sex senses. Made from tactile, smooth-to-the-touch material and ergonomically sculpted to fit the palm of the hand, the Philips Sensual Massager heightens the power of your partner's natural touch during foreplay and can also be used in the bath or shower, or with lubricants for even more sensation.

The new Sensual Massager is compact and instinctive to use, making it ideal for both first-time, and experienced, users of sex accessories. Elegant and discreet, in sumptuous purple in a streamlined pebble-like shape, it not only feels completely different to any other sex toy, it also looks different too."

Ok, so we're already a bit and but when Philips approached us we told them we were sure we could find a few mumsnetters willing to give this thing a whirl.

Philips are specifically looking for MNers who are in a sexual relationship, who would like to try a sex toy and who are happy to come back to Mumsnet and talk about how they got on (name changing is allowed!). Rest assured all data is confidential - your MN nickname will not be sent to Philips.

So, if you'd like to try the Sensual Massager and receive a goody pack worth £80 (a Massager worth £60 plus some lovely massage oils, worth around £20) please fill in the questions here

Thanks,

MNHQ

Is it a lottery, or is it first come first served?

I reckon because we had to write why it should go to us, it means that they'll pick the best answer?

This isn't entirely fair. DH is deployed for seven months, if anyone NEEDS to test this product out it's me! Unless they are willing to send him one too, they have skype on warships now!

I'm gain for a laugh and a try, it looks very intriging compared to stuff you get on net or in Ann summers. Here's hoping. I have never thought of a man using one too.

Pick me.

Have not had sex for 2 years with DH!

No real reason and it's not an issue between us but I do feel like I want to get back on the horse and this would help us get back to it!

Hmm, interesting bit of marketing. Not marketing on here as such, but marketing it as a 'couples massager'.

Looking at it, I'd say it'd get far more use for women and it's a bit of a marketing ploy to get men to buy more vibrators for their partners to use.

I wonder if they're marketing it on any men's websites...

Pick me please !! I've got 2 little girls, 22 months and 8 months - not quite sure how no 2 was conceived , in a quick morning fumble! Now they're both sleeping through, some quality 'sensual' time with hubby would be just the ticket !

rusmum · 05/10/2009 21:58

i feel you on the quick fumble thing- thats all we (i) get. This would be a great teaching aid- lol so please pick me- after 15 years this would be a new experience for us-

As someone who used to take her work colleagues on outings to the local female's only sex shop I think I would be an excellent tester!

Innocent colleague No 1: What's this for?

Me: That's a butt plug dear. The clue is in the name.
