Hi all

This is the meeting point for the feedback session with Dyson's engineers on Monday March 10th at 1pm. We hope everyone who has been testing a new Dyson will join us. If for any reason you can't make it please feel free to post your feedback in advance (and send the absence note from your mum to MNHQ ) but we're really hoping for an interactive discussion session, so we hope as many as possible of you will be there on the day.

Thanks!

Thankyou to all the Dyson people for our lovley new Dysons

NeverSayNevertoaDyson · 10/03/2008 13:58

Yes thanks for letting us trial them, really happy with mine, apart from needing a clip its been fun looking at how it cleans rather than just doing it on auto pilot.

CamillaDyson · 10/03/2008 13:58

Kanga: we've played about quite a bit with colours over the years. Is there anything else distinguishable you can say about it??

BenDyson · 10/03/2008 13:58

misdee:
Yes, the lead on DC22 is slightly shorter than that on or other products. Unfortunately it takes up a suprising amount of extra space and adds quite a lot of weight too. We had to do as much as possible to keep the size and weight down on this machine but I'll make sure your feedback gets to the deign teams.
Thanks.

another vote of thanks here. I can now let my baby crawl on the rug without him managing to pick up bits of hair that my old vacuum wouldn't get out.

And thanks to Camilla for sending mine to me

wannaBe · 10/03/2008 14:00

yes thank you for my dyson.

also will be buying direct in future rather than going through a shop - had really never considered doing that.

misdee · 10/03/2008 14:00

thanks ben. i will just have to find an extension lead. all i need is an extra 2metres! lol.

RTKangaDYSONMummy · 10/03/2008 14:00

It is deffo deffo brill and better than my old DC15 which is going to relegated to the other house to replace the red/purple one with a broken handle

Thank you soooooooo much

soapbox · 10/03/2008 14:01

BenDyson · 10/03/2008 14:02

Tom here,

Thanks a lot for all your thoughts, really good stuff and will keep us busy building new test stairs and checking out the areas of improvement!

Thanks a lot. Any more ideas or feedback then please send it onto Camilla who can feed it back to us.

Cheers,

tom.

RTKangaDYSONMummy · 10/03/2008 14:02

The red/purple one is distinguishable cos it's handle is broken hence why it is in the sussex house

It has wheels and you made a baby one for children

SparklyGothKat · 10/03/2008 14:03

lol i also have cleaned all the cobwebs away

CamillaDyson · 10/03/2008 14:04

Sounds like a DC07?

RTKangaDYSONMummy · 10/03/2008 14:04

The weight/lead length would be ok cos when you are using it the weight wouldn't be an issue would it? Cos the lead would be on the floor wouldn't it?

RTKangaDYSONMummy · 10/03/2008 14:05

Thanks prob is the DC07
