Not yet

Fizzbo · 13/02/2022 11:40

I was wondering about that too. I haven’t received mine either.

Justyou · 13/02/2022 12:34

I was just coming here to check that too

MissCherryCakeyBun · 13/02/2022 16:02

Nope nothing Confused

FlamingGoat · 13/02/2022 17:11

Nope. Me neither.

FlamingGoat · 13/02/2022 17:21

Has anyone deleted it? They asked for payment after the free trial and I can't find how to cancel it.

MissCherryCakeyBun · 13/02/2022 17:45

@FlamingGoat did you do it on an iPhone? If so look at the subscriptions and you can cancel from there. I had to do the same. To be honest not impressed with having to provide payment details with something I'm testing but there you go

ChessieFL · 13/02/2022 18:11

I don’t remember having to enter payment details and I did it on an iPhone. I just clicked on the link in the mumsnet email and it took me straight there.

FlamingGoat · 13/02/2022 18:23

It was through the MN email. No iPhone here. I might just delete my account.

Justyou · 15/02/2022 16:26

I've just reported my last post hoping we can get some further advice on this

HereticFanjo · 15/02/2022 17:11

I haven't received anything yet. Anyone else? @MNHQ any response?

Tereseta · 15/02/2022 17:23
  1. Did you find the Healthily Smart Symptom checker easy to use? If so, what were your favourite features? It was very easy to use and I liked the clear was it was written.

  2. What did you think of the articles on the Healthily website? Was the information useful and easy to understand?
Clear content and easy to read. I thought they were good as a starting point to find out about issues.

  3. Were you able to navigate the website easily and find the information you wanted quickly?
Yea it was easy to navigate

  4. Was the health content relevant to you and your needs?
Mostly relevant. Didn't go into too much detail.

  5. Did the content and Smart Symptom Checker address any health concerns you had? Did you feel confident about what to do next? It recommended ringing 999 for many of my searches and did not pick up on my previous surgery answer. I think it is good as a general search but if I was genuinely ill I would visit GP or ring 111. I would use this for more long term symptoms.

  1. Did you find the Healthily Smart Symptom checker easy to use? If so, what were your favourite features?
Yes, very easy to use. Favourite feature - quick response.

  2. What did you think of the articles on the Healthily website? Was the information useful and easy to understand?
Too generic I think and aimed towards younger women.

  3. Were you able to navigate the website easily and find the information you wanted quickly?
    Yes, very simple.

  4. Was the health content relevant to you and your needs?
No, not at all really. I am past pregnancy and baby days.

  5. Did the content and Smart Symptom Checker address any health concerns you had? Did you feel confident about what to do next?
I thought it was way too generic and not at all specific and nuanced to my personal symptoms.
I think apps are the way of the future; but it’s sadly just not quite there 😔

  3. Were you able to navigate the website easily and find the information you wanted quickly?
    Yes - really intuitive

Yes, and useful up-to-date Covid info on there

  5. Did the content and Smart Symptom Checker address any health concerns you had? Did you feel confident about what to do next?
Yes, it was usually advice to speak to a health professional but the reassurance was helpful.

  1. Did you find the Healthily Smart Symptom checker easy to use? If so, what were your favourite features?
Yes it was easy to use. I liked how simple the questions were.

  2. What did you think of the articles on the Healthily website? Was the information useful and easy to understand?
Not useful to me, but easy to understand and solid advice.

  3. Were you able to navigate the website easily and find the information you wanted quickly?
    Yes, no problems at all.

  4. Was the health content relevant to you and your needs?
It was aimed at younger women than me, I suspect.

  5. Did the content and Smart Symptom Checker address any health concerns you had? Did you feel confident about what to do next?
I tried the symptom checker three times and it gave a misdiagnosis once and could not advise on the other two. It was interesting however to see the process of elimination the app was going through by asking for related symptoms. Overall, although the content is not currently not very relevant to me I am interested to see how it develops following this testing period.

Mmarmite · 16/02/2022 18:32

Put my symptoms in and was hold up see a GP within 48 hours. This seemed rather alarming and I did not consider it necessary (even if I could get a GP appointment within 48 hours!). It was unclear which symptoms the questions were about so I may have answered ‘happens frequently’ to everything instead of a specific symptom. I tried to go back to check what I’d put but found myself back at the beginning and unable to review what I’d put.
The advice and information pages were useful but I can’t say I’ve followed any of it as I’ve had no reminder or incentive to do so!
