The packaging was minimal which I liked, simple, no bulky novelty boxes, just a nice flat envelope which slips into a drawer easily.

Super easy, just stick it in. Instructions were very clear.

None have fallen out so far!

I also cheated and bought labels with "DD1/DD2 name, Surname" printed and have used a permanent marker to cross out the other child's name so I can use labels for both. The marker has rubbed off slightly where one pair of shoes got wet, but it isn't advertised not to do that so it's not a criticism just a comment. If there was an option for multi name labels designed for this purpose I would buy them.

I placed my order on my phone and it was very simple and user friendly. Often websites have lower functionality for mobile devices, but this was great.

Yes, I was very happy with how fast I received a confirmation email and all the information I needed was clearly shown in it.

The packaging clearly displayed the name Stickins so I knew who it was from and it was letterbox friendly so that meant no issues with posting in to me. I found the information was just right and not overdone.

It was super easy to use the labels for all the applications I had intended. The instructions were to the point and as it is such a straightforward product to use they didn't need to be complicated.

The packaging was minimal (which I was pleased about). I thought having the instructions on the storage bag was a great idea and having not used these types of labels before I was very grateful for so many tips about how to use them properly.

Instructions easy to follow, easy to use still got a slight creased edge where removed it from sheet and hard to smooth that down so gave a corner for my 6yr old picker to still pick at the label.

So far so good for washing - not great for picking off. We have had some others from somewhere else that are harder to pick off but then also have pictures on them so are more likely to be left on too!

Overall I liked them but would prefer choice of font /some pictures on them to help for preschool age when they don't know their full name yet

I was very happy with the design of the Stikins website. I had browsed on my phone and then used the code later in the day on my laptop and both versions were easy to use.
I would definitely consider it user friendly as it was easy to navigate on the mobile and desktop versions.

I was delighted with the service. The e-mail gave very clear details about the expected delivery timescales. The confirmation and dispatch e-mail provided a good amount of advice and information.

Firstly, I was astounded at how quickly the labels arrived. I ordered labels after work on one day and received them in the post the next day. I didn't give much thought to the packaging. It was a plain looking envelope but the labels were kept straight and unbended with some card in the envelope. I thought it was a good system that was effective but cheap. The packaging was mainly recyclable with the exception of the plastic covering the stickers. It would be good if a recyclable alternative could be found.

It was very easy to use the labels and attach them to clothes, bags and footwear. It was very easy to follow the instructions, although it didn't really require instructions!

6. How well did the print and labels survive throughout wear and after washing?
Shoes - The labels look brand new despite having been worn continuously and with very sweaty little feet. DS also generally wears the labels in his school shoes out within a week due to the hard wear that he puts them through.
Wellington Boots - Looks good still and mud wiped off easily after the only wear they have had since adding Stikins.
Coats - The labels stuck in the coats really easily (one on fleece and one on weatherproof material) and haven't come out when the coats were washed.
PE Bags - Stuck to cotton well and looks as good as new.
Jogging bottoms - I added this to the waistband for DD and underneath the waistband for DS. Both have washed well and remained where they were stuck. I tried the waistband for DD as the material is ruched and I thought that it might be harder to stay in the clothes but it appears to have worked as well as the sticker further down the leg.
Polo shirts - The labels look brand new and haven't started peeling despite multiple washes.
Gingham play suits - These have had a couple of washes and have remained looking as good as new.

The print and labels have survived wear and washing surprisingly well, it has only come off on the lunch bag. That might be due to child picking though!

The service was very good. The confirmation came through quickly and had all the necessary information. The labels arrived very quickly the morning after I had ordered them. Very helpful if you’ve left it to the last minute!

The information was very good - clear and comprehensive with no unnecessary flyers. I would have preferred there to be no plastic in the packaging.

Extremely quick and easy. The tips in the information were very helpful.

It’s early days but they are all surviving wear and washing well at the moment. The print is fine. A couple of the labels look very slightly wrinkled at the edges where they are in places that get bashed a lot.

I think the no fuss approach is a great alternative to other makes. The labels won’t be quickly grown out of because the child’s favourite colour has changed or they don’t like the symbol anymore, and can be kept and used for years in new clothes. There’s no faffing about trying to make decisions on the website - refreshing!
