Very, as soon as I ordered I clicked on my email and the order confirmation was already in my inbox and was very clear. By the time I checked my email the following morning I had an email to say they had already been dispatched.
3. When your order arrived, what did you think of the packaging and information enclosed? Nice and compact and not too much packaging but enough so the stickers would not get damaged in the post. Information was useful and I have kept it for a future order.
4. How easy was it to use the labels/put the labels onto clothes and other items? Were the instructions on how to do so clear and easy to follow?So easy, I have stuck them on a number of different items so far with no issues at all.
5. What did you stick the labels onto? School uniform, toys, sun hat, coats, shoes, sun cream, lunch box, water bottle, ruler, pencil case and a games console remote!
6. How well did the print and labels survive throughout wear and after washing? So far they are all still perfect. The uniform and coat have had the most washes and labels look as good as new. The packed lunch box and water bottle have been through the dishwasher a few times and again no issues!

I love these stickers and will definitely be purchasing more in future!

Very user friendly website. It only took me a couple of minutes to order my labels.

Overall I thought the packaging was good but I would have preferred a cardboard/paper leaflet instead of the plastic insert. I can’t easily recycle this type of plastic where I live.

Overall (in my opinion) these labels are good and they definitely do the job but I would like to be able to add a background colour and a picture.

Well protected, I didn't want or need the additional booklet but understand there will be some who would want. Maybe consider the environment and send link in digital format. I had already accessed your website etc. Please consider removal of bag and use paper invoice only etc to protect stikins because not so environmentally friendly. I just put in bin.

1. What did you think about the Stikins website? Did you think the website was user friendly?^^ - The website was incredibly easy to navigate. I ordered the product in roughly a minute. I like the fact that they show you a preview of the sticker too. The Stikins are very reasonably priced.

2. Were you pleased with the service you received? Why? Did the confirmation email provide you with all the information that you needed? - I was very pleased. I ordered of an evening and the Stikins came in the post two days later. They were quick and efficient. The confirmation email states the product you've purchased, how much it costs... a standard confirmation email.

3. When your order arrived, what did you think of the packaging and information enclosed?^^ - The stikins came in an envelope. The only thing I have to say about that is they could do with a tougher envelope just in case of rough handling. The information included was fab and explained how to use them and how to care for them.

Were the instructions on how to do so clear and easy to follow?^^ - It's incredibly easy and convenient to use the labels. You just stick them on. You can't wash whatever you've stuck them to in the first 24 hours but after that you can put them on a cold wash.

5. What did you stick the labels onto?** - I used them on DDs uniform (cardigan, jumper, shirt, skirts, PE kit) as well as shoes, plimsoles, her book bag, water bottle. I also used one to label the suncream to send in to school.

6. How well did the print and labels survive throughout wear and after washing? I put the clothing items through a cool wash and they haven't budged. I wash DDs water bottle and that one hasn't come off either. The ones on her shoes are still going strong. The Stikins are a really hardy label and I am so glad I was chosen to review them.
I will definitely order more.

The website was easy to use and I was able to place my order very quickly, but there are multiple pages with the same information under different categories which can be confusing as it gives the impression that there are different types of labels rather than one label with multiple uses.

It was good. No excess packaging but the labels were protected from accidentally peeling off etc.

They seem excellent quality - my only criticism is that that children do not like them as much as other brands which have been colourful and customisable. However, I think these are more likely to stay stuck to clothing!

Service was perfect, everything was so easy. Confirmation email came through immediately and had everything on there so that I could check the name details and make sure they were correct. I ordered on the evening of the 25th May and they were delivered on the morning of the 27th so very fast delivery.

Packaging was great, just a simple envelope and instructions. I liked that the packaging had Stikins written over it so that it didn't accidentally end up on the junk mail pile!

Instructions were simple and clear. The labels were so easy to use, I loved that they were easy to pull off of the packaging as I've had some before and they were stuck fast! Very easy to attach to clothes, bags and water bottles.

I put them onto school cardigans and polo tops, a sun hat, school bag, water bottles and lunchbox.

They are still completely stuck after around 4 washes of uniform and numerous goes through the dishwasher for the water bottles. The names haven't faded at all.

I’m really pleased. I ordered the stickers in the afternoon and they arrived the next morning (and we live in the middle of nowhere on a farm). The confirmation email arrived quickly and had all the information I needed.

Thanks for sending us the labels. We will buy again and will recommend. They are the best ones I’ve had. The last labels I had were printed stitch in ones. Spent ages stitching them in and the dye faded in less than 5 washes. These are a revelation!

Very please with service received. Took less than 5 mins from entering details to receiving the confirmation email. This not only reassured me that I had actually placed the order but the email also confirmed the details I had entered.

The labels have survived like brand new, as they have been on uniform they have been washed and dried daily and also dried in a tumble dryer. The shoe labels are also still in good condition. The sun hat label has survived sun cream, sweat and washing also.

The confirmation email was very reassuring and included every information that I possibly needed.

I was very happy when the item arrived. Firstly arrived so quickly that I could believe it. Secondly was well packed and had easy to follow instructions.

This is the easiest product I ever used and the instructions are very clear and simple to follow.

Basic packaging but wouldn’t expect anything more for a set of school name labels. Information was clear and user friendly,

The labels are amazing and the easiest I have ever bought in terms of applying. No sewing or or even ironing. Good for clothing and non clothing items alike. Really happy with them.

Instructions were very clear and they were very simple and quick to use - most times I have used them is in the rush to get my son out of the door to nursery and remembering I need to put his name on something new!

The website was very quick and easy to use. The Stickers arrived the next day which was impressive. Instructions are clear. The stickers are very clear and look unlikely to fade. I have put them on clothing, a lunch box and a water bottle. All have been washed at least a couple of times so far and the stickers look good and are firmly stuck on to all items. I'm very pleased.

The website was simple and straight forward. I placed my order in a matter of minutes which is what i need as a busy working mum.

The conformation came through quickly and was clear to read. It was informative and at a glance appeared to contain a lot of information but when i read it it was clear and easy to follow.

Packaging was basic but effective. Iwould rather this than waste resources on unnecessary packaging.. The information provided was clear and again easy to follow.

Very easy and very clear. I had a toddler pulling at me to come play but i still managed ninja moves to get the labels on super quick. At the moment i am meeting myself coming backwards so having something this simple but useful is amazing.

Lunchbag, coat, shoes, hat, drinks bottle, teddy! Basically anything that was going in to nursery.

I was skeptical especially about the lunchbag that by the end of the day is covered in yoghurt and leftovers so scrubbed daily but on all items they stayed firm. The hat, coat and other clothing items have all been through the wash but they are not showing anysigns of wear. Overall I am very impressed and will be using these going forward. I know we did not have to pay for these but i was also impressed at the cost.
