Where did he find that humbling line?? On mumsnet of course!

In the article he claims to have given up self-googling, but we know that isn't true, don't we.

Shall we give him a few more personal insights? I think he is less of a twat than Jon Ronson and he doesn't have a whiney voice.

I think that damning with faint praise is the best way to go, humiliation-wise. He is kinda funny, without any big laughs or fundamental truths about the human condition.

On the plus side, he hasn't sent his wife on to mumsnet to stick up for him. And,he sits at home all day with his dog next to him, pissing about on the internet instead of working. Which gives me an example of someone like me who is nonetheless a functioning economic unit.

I think Tim Dowling is a good columnist.

I haven't read the Gruniard for years so don't really have an opinion on Tim Dowling. However, if the majority of Mumsnet think he is a twat, then he must be a twat.
