We're going to run short of cups today

DH has come to tell me the DW didn't run properly last night so we're going to have to manage without cups today.

The man has a busy important job

Will he be drinking tea from a vase?

Don't suppose it occurred to him to either wash up a few by hand or find out why it didn't run properly and put the dishwasher on again!

If there is ever an excuse to open a bottle of wine ...

Well there's absolutely no solution to that problem. How awful.

When you say DW, do you mean dishwasher or dear wife, although it seems it is the same thing in his opinion?

Dh said this to me once. He uses a seperate cup for each cup of tea.I don’t. I tend to just rinse mine out. The last time it happened I made him tea in a gravy boat.

You must be so proud of him. If it wasn’t for those menfolk with their big brains and their ability to act decisively and cope in a crisis us poor wimmin would still be living in caves.
