Since the second thread has now been promoted to 'classics' here is part three.

TC is clearly suitably impressed by his fame

But look at him, how could you not worship himGrin

PeterPandemic · 28/01/2021 10:45

And to think at the beginning of the first thread everyone was suggesting you get a really good super soaker gun and drench him every time he came near. Now, obviously -

  1. We know that would be a full time job
  2. We know that would result in a hospital visit
  3. We all think you should just tickle his tummy and welcome him in.
YetAnotherSpartacus · 28/01/2021 10:49

Not everyone :). Some of us fell for his charms immediately.

Allergictoironing · 28/01/2021 10:58

I still think he's trying to get in to win over the beauteous Sybil, clearly the most gorgeous female in the neighbourhood.

Indeed, faint heart never won fair ladyGrin.

TC is not behaving at the moment. He appears to have become omnipresent, not in itself a problem, but he stands guard at the doors not allowing our cats in or out.

Eclosed are pictures of the little shitbag from the last three days. At all points preventing ingress or egress from the resident fluffies.

Second flap? He might be omnipresent but he’s not omnipotent.

Or is he?.

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 01/02/2021 22:10

And another 2 - yes Karl was under the car.

And one of him in the garden - between Lenny and the steps...

he’s not omnipotent
He may beg to differ...

Actually we don't have a cat flap - but when the thug is at the door, mine won't come up to demand entry.

OP posts:
YetAnotherSpartacus · 01/02/2021 22:52

He wants entry to the Grumpy ark ...

CassandraCross · 02/02/2021 15:48

TC is not behaving at the moment.Grin when has he ever.....

He's just desperate to see the love of his life, Sybil.

You could try letting him in Grumpy, something along the lines of if you are given what you want without working for it you no longer want it - that might workWink

purrswhileheeats · 02/02/2021 16:19

Poor abandoned, unloved, neglected TC Sad

Look at him, he's clearly starving.

www.mumsnet.com/Talk/the_litter_tray/4124173-HELP-Being-held-to-ransom-by-a-stray-cat

I can't help but contrast the differing outcomes of these two threads. On one the offending cat is neutered and rehomed 14 miles away but walks back just to revenge his bollocks leaving the OP on antibiotics - now he's curled up on the bed. On the other thread the TC is still locked out and still causing hassle.

I wonder what the lesson to be learnt is Wink

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 05/02/2021 08:57

Sybil was just yelling her head off on the railings outside to come in. She came in pursued (at a respectful distance) by her beau. It's quite sweet really Grin.

Ah, true love. Romeo and Juliet had nothing on TC and Sybil.

No pawns in that there photo. Only kings.

TheLongRider · 06/02/2021 00:28

I have visions of Lenny as King Canute trying to banish the persistent TC into the waves river and failing miserably.

purrswhileheeats · 06/02/2021 11:27

This is how I picture Sybil and TC:

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 07/02/2021 09:52

Everything normal this morning. Note dead mouse on the right hand side - actually delivered by Karl this morning. I suspect TC is just claiming it as his.

OP posts:
PeterPandemic · 07/02/2021 10:03

Have you tried letting them out of the front door? Or are they doing the thing where they would rather whinge about not being able to go out of the back door rather than just accept it and move on?

CassandraCross · 07/02/2021 10:59

TC wants to present the dead mouse as a love token to his lady, doesn't matter where it came from it's the thought that counts plus in TC world Karl is one of his minions who works for himGrin.

AlfonsoTheSensible · 07/02/2021 11:26

TC knows that the course of true love never runs straight.

Some day, the beauteous Sybil will have no choice but to fall for TC's charms.
