I don't know if that is the reason for them moving out (or at least a consideration), but I wonder if it's occurred to Mrs B that, in driving out existing neighbours who do understand her 'requirements' (albeit they can never fully achieve her very high standards) and having them replaced by new unknowns, whom she will have to harry and browbeat educate all again from scratch in order that her rules be adhered to, she's only making a rod for her own back.

I presume that, as soon as the new neighbours put the tiniest foot wrong, she'll be straight over there in her fluffy dressing gown to give them a huffy dressing down

Oh please tell me the new neighbours are on MN to join in with the fun. I'm disappointed that the Ks have decided to play by the rules.

Next door to H. It's a rented property and I think they wanted a bigger home. It doesn't have a drive.

I don't know exactly what happened but they used to have a car and then B and F complained to the council that it was too noisy and he was tinkering with it all the time. It soon vanished and they never had a car again after that.
