I thought I'd had a breakthrough this morning with Meow lapping at it - turns out she was leading me on, the lil minx! :) I will miss the bottle feeds, for sure. Too cute for words!

you're making me all broooooooody stop it Grin

ExitPursuedByAKitten · 20/05/2011 22:56

DH agrees with Exit - Nooo - I know nothing. Please don't follow my advice. Clutch those kitties to your bosom, or give them to meeee and I will clutch them to mine. Keep spoling them. They will learn. I think. Oh crikey.

Grin lolol Exit Grin

So far, this morning....

  1. Meow has caught her claw in my cuticle and ripped it
  1. Meow has peed on the bedding, through the duvet, through the sheet and onto the mattress. And through the bed comforter which needs to be dry-cleaned ...
  1. Ginger has peed on the carpet
  1. Meow fell down the back of the bed, got stuck and I've pinged my back yanking at the thing to move to get her out
  1. Ginger knocked DHs mug of coffee over, onto the wooden chest and onto the carpet
  1. Ruby the puppy has vommed on the stairs

MrFab was home at 11.15 so not too bad.

WELL DONE MEOW!!

FabCat has taken 2 of her tablets like a good girl and ignored her normal food breakfast Sad

sharbie · 21/05/2011 11:46

Milkyteanosugar · 23/05/2011 09:34

Kitten update?

pleeeeeeese Smile

Pinot · 23/05/2011 12:15

Apologies Milky! Ickle kitties don't seem so ickle anymore...they can now climb out of their plastic tub, so I'm perfecting the art of racing around shutting doors constantly to try and keep them comtained in one room at a time. They've both perfected how to climb to the top of the tall scratching post, then sit and meow as they can't get down, so I lift them off, they climb back up, they meow... Grin We've had only two wees on the floor, the rest of the time they use theit litter tray - one in the lounge and I've bought another for our bedroom as they sleep there and play whilst I'm gettign ready.

I'll take some piccies today - Ginger seems really fluffy, Meow is silkier and seems leaner Grin

Lovely lovely kittens.

My cat was just playing with her toy while crying lots. She was poorly last night Sad.

5inthebed · 23/05/2011 13:39

They are getting so big now! I love how you are burping them!

Pinot · 23/05/2011 13:56

new pics are up and if I do say so myself, the first one of Mr Gingeypants asleep in my hands is crazy cute !! :) :) :)

Just tried putting their warm milk in their bowl to see of they'd lap it - Meow had a good go, Ginger had a little bit then spent ages lickign his lips. Both photos are on profile :)

Pinot · 23/05/2011 13:56

sharbie · 23/05/2011 13:58

NotShortImFunSized · 23/05/2011 13:59

Agreed about Ginger in your hands, super cute!!! They are HUGE now. Gorgeous bundles of fluff Grin

Glad they are doing so well Smile

ExitPursuedByAKitten · 23/05/2011 14:08

Squeeeeeee. Grin

Pinot · 23/05/2011 14:09

No joy at all sharbie - so I've been thinking and I'm going to take it back to basics. Rather than going from milk in a bottle to meat/fish in a dish, I'm going to start with milk in a dish and then when they 'get' their dinner is in the bowl not a bottle, I can add meat/fish to the milk.

That's my current thinking! They still don't eat much - maybe half a bottle (so about 30ml) each every four hours or less.

I'm a bit in awe that even with night feeds you still have PERFECT NAIL VARNISH.

You're using Contented Little Baby, aren't you?? Grin

5inthebed · 23/05/2011 14:15

Oh. My. God.

How cute are they! Please, no more photos, I might burst with the cuteness.
