I know what I would do.

  1. Buy a 5 bedroom house so we all get our own room, big garden so James could have a dog.
  1. Get private medical insurance so we never again have to await scans and results.
  1. Buy Shabs a villa in Faliraki.
  1. Throw a big party for all my lovely lovely mad mums on here.
  1. Treat myself to highlights.
  1. Buy bags and bags of M&S choccy nuts!

Shabs!
Nikos!
Wow!

p.s. we're going back to the same villa as last year
p.p.s I'll need the towel back for then, the owner/farmer, AND HIS FATHER, are the most ruggedly handsome men I have had the pleasure of being near this decade.

NOTHING............everything already booked....................so I was thinking.............Shabs..........could we rent yours, could you put a tin bath in the garden, stick a hose pipe in it and well pay Tomster to blow the bubbles? Someone find me something or Ill go mad, just need to get OUT of here! H has been like a bear with a sore head since they cancelled chemo on Mon, I can do nothing right and kids are really really playing us up! What to do? Trips you are a million times welcome at our humble abode. We only have two bedrooms but we can share We spend our lives searching.....not sure what for. If you ask me I search for male attention..I would love a man to say I am beautiful, I am funny OR THE MOST IMPORTANT PHRASE - I AM STRONG. I get up every morning and shift my big fat bum out of bed. I welcome my grandchild, my son and his partner into my house. I adore my grandchild and care for him to the best of my ability. My world keeps on turning every day BUT nobody ever thinks I am a sexy woman. Even I dont think I am How wonderful must it feel to KNOW you are a sexy woman [sigh, downhearted emoticon] how very wonderful must that feel. xxx

shabster · 04/06/2009 23:41

Girls.............what do you know about blood pressure? Was told to buy a monitor and check mine when I get these funny turns, just got home and did it twice, first reading was139/109 pulse 80, 10 mins later when I had sat down and calmed down it was 145/76 pulse 75, what does it all mean? I had to come home early from the town as I just feel ill, wierd head, panicky and tearful and scared, what the hell is going on with me? Didn`t have this when I lost Matthew, is it ALL stress? Helpppppppppppp

Trips - hope this helps

www.bpassoc.org.uk/BloodPressureandyou/Thebasics/Whatisnormal

YES - blood pressure is raised by stress.

niche · 05/06/2009 20:26

Trips I know nothing about high blood pressure. I suffer from low blood pressure which explains why I want to pass out when I stand up too quick but gp says it's nothing to worry about. Haven't they offered you any medication for it?

triplets · 05/06/2009 20:35

Thanks Shabs thats explained it well. Still feeling weird but went and had a long soak in the bath, nice supper and a beer and feeling slightly better, checked bp about 6pm and it was 139/75 which seems to be ok. I am soooooooooooooooooooo stressed, there is no two ways about it, am sure its the cause. Hopefully a little package should arrive with you for my honourary grandson tomorrow, it had better get there before the big day!

Trips when I was having my twin boys I was always told my blood pressure should be 100 plus my age over about 70. So when I was pregnant first time it should have been 125/70. However!!!! It was 150/180 by the time the twins were delivered. I had pre eclampsia. Also they didnt diagnose the twins till 10 DAYS BEFORE THEY WERE BORN!!!! Your BP machine is a fantastic idea but please dont worry too much about it.....you have been bereaved of a precious son, had IVF treatment, had triplets, have a husband going through chemo....blardy blardy blaaaa - no wonder you are stressed to the limit

shabster · 06/06/2009 09:23

Morning girls xx Heavy rain, windy and freezing here - lovely!!
