frumpygrumpy · 19/05/2008 12:36

Hullo! LG&T, how soon can you scan? How exciting!!!

I am seriously considering going to bed. I took such a bad period last night. Had me awake the whole night (I am not kidding, I must have seen every minute) and I continuously soaked through everything Sorry if TMI. Bloody, bloody hormones.

Thinking about you Trips!

Pink frog, how is today? Are you breathing in and out? I find that helps

HarrogateMum · 19/05/2008 13:34

FG - I cant believe you dont think I have an excellent geographical knowledge of Scotland, I am half scottish hen! Many hours of my youth were spent in Edinburgh with my Dad's family.......

But I am convinced that you DO live in a castle and have a chopper.......I am hoping you can pick me up on the way down for the next meet up.....

Idobelieveinfairies · 19/05/2008 14:36

Hallo everyone!!!

How are we all?????

LG&T-how are you feeling???? Try and persuade your g.p you need an early scan to see if it is twins!.....just say you need to know and a.s.a.p!

I still have no period , 17 days late today

Could i really be pregnant even though i was sterilised 3.7 years ago??

Have had all the symptoms of staring my period, and now they have gone!

Only ever been 2 weeks late, and then ending in a period once in my life! If no sign by Weds will get a test.

Evening ladies. Tommy and his class are performing a play in their leavers assembly. Its like reading through MN and I think that Tiggs wrote most of it

Some great examples:-

ALL ABOUT SCHOOL LUNCHES
Shannon (acting as a dinnerlady) But now we cant serve burgers. No it has to be medium rare fillet of Aberdeen Angus. Whats wrong with fish fingers? Now its sea bass steamed with spring onions and ginger

ABOUT SAT TESTS

Amie Got to catch Thomas' eye. Oh Thomas please look this way. Please!! He'll know the answer to number 5. Go on stand your paper up...move your arm...turn the page slowly. Anything so I can see what you've written. Pleeeease just look this way Oh no, Mrs Maguire has seen me waving - just having a stretch nothing to see here!!

Tommy has been screaming laughing and saying 'this just sounds like Tigger posting on MN' he really, really has a 'thing' for his Mrs Robinson.

Hello there, found you from the essential stuff for twins site. I found out last Friday that I'm having twins. Still having real problems computing. I feel a bit shy writing here, you all sound so positive, together, etc. (yes, I realise there'll probably be screaming laughter from some at that) but at the moment I'm feeling very lost as everyone is so thrilled for me and I'm just terrified. Yes, part of me is also thrilled, but I had pnd after my dd who's 4 in June & whilst I definitely wanted another & was thrilled that I was pregnant, the idea of 2 at once scares the crap our of me. I'm weeping as I write this. The idea of the babies themselves is wonderful, I can't wait for two more people to love, but I'm terrified I won't be able to cope and will lose myself again - sorry this should probably go on a depression thread! I wanted someone of DD to play with, i'm worried she'll be left out some how by twins - they think they're identical, but I'm finding out for sure next Friday. All I seem to be able to think about is the problems I need to deal with, rather than the joyous side. I'm off to bed now. Exhaustion is not helping, I know.
also desperate to try and keep as fit as possible - all to ward off not being able to cope afterwards, but as over 50% of my time seems to be spent prone, can't do much. Also am self-employed - and worried about not being able to work -
oh boy, here I do again...
sorry to dump on you lot, but I just need to do it somewhere. Feeling v alone. going to blow very snotty nose now. Mine, for once!
