As soon as I saw the score I thought about you. I am used to this situation being a Manchester City fan

Morning!

Great nephews Rubes

I am so sick. Oh please let it be one, please let it be one.

estar · 19/05/2008 09:59

Don't worry, Rubes, I made my uncles and aunties into GRuncles and GRaunties when some of them were still in their thirties. I felt really guilty! In fact, I now have cousins who are younger than my own children!

My DH did not get lucky last night. DTs had got into bed together and then one of them weeed...... By the time we had stripped them and the bed and showered everybody, Baby woke up and refused to settle for another two hours.

He had a go later, but I just slapped him away .

Maaaaars - hope you make it chuck!

Got to see our friends new 24 hour-old baby yesterday. He's a whopping 10lb Carribean bruiser, and very cute .

shabster · 19/05/2008 09:59

G&T - I think I missed something!!! Why do you think it is more than one?? You will be fine my darling..I have every confidence in you

largeginandtonic · 19/05/2008 10:01

10lb!!!! >

How lovely! Are you all unpacked and recovered from the weekend? Sounds like you all had a lovely time Next one i hope... Mars can deliver the baby if it is early.

estar · 19/05/2008 10:01

Oooo, LargeG&T. Better go back and re-read your posts a few weeks ago and remind yourself why you wanted this .

I just know I'll be saying the same thing in a year's time. We're doing the 'shall we, shan't we?' at the moment - 30% yes, 70% 'Are we insane?'

Only need one yes day at the right time though!

largeginandtonic · 19/05/2008 10:03

I am either 2 weeks or 7 weeks Shabs. The test showed up very bright positive at lunchtime (cheap tesco test)and only 2 weeks after possible period. High levels of HCG and feeling very sick so early = MULTIPLE!!!!

OR i am 7 weeks and it is only one and what i though was a period was just heavy bleeding after the Colposcopy. Dunno.

estar · 19/05/2008 10:03

Yes yes yes! I'm thinking next meetup should be in Novemeber - give our DPs chance to recover, and we can go Christmas shopping!

Do we need to have it in London though for all the lazy southerners? Ooo, ooo, we could go and see a show!

largeginandtonic · 19/05/2008 10:05

How true Estar... having been at it like rabbits since having Beau the last 2 months have seen us do the deed exactly 3 times

largeginandtonic · 19/05/2008 10:06

A show is good, i could put my feet up and kindly multiple mums could rub my swollen feet yes?

shabster · 19/05/2008 10:25

OMG G&T - I remember you having the colposcopy now!! DOH [Homer Simpson style emoticon]. Remember I said that I had a cone biopsy and laser treatment in 1996? When I checked the dates properly I must have been about 10 days pregnant with Tommy when I had the operation. Still say you will be just brill

TiggerTonkerTruck · 19/05/2008 11:08

Whhhoooo Hooooo we beat the poshes!!!! They were soooooooooooo s..... oops hello Ruby

Shabs tell Tom Ronald rocks!!! The Twits every time
My mum would read it to me but leave bits out that she thought were 'unsuitable' like old hags that sratched their bellies or bums twinkling in the sunshine how I loved to make her squirm by going'you've missed a bit...you've missed a bit' to which she would reply "If you know it off by heart then why am I reading it to you?"

Hello!

I have just been for a scan at the EPU (had a small bleed overnight) and there is.....

...just the one All appears fine and measuring about right for dates.

November in London sounds good to me-I might be able to make use of Mars' doula services .

TiggerTonkerTruck · 19/05/2008 11:43

shabster · 19/05/2008 11:59
