Tigger, measure yourself as well as weigh, then you will know if it is pie or muscle. Pie is soo bad though. We went to the royal farm shop yest - NOT a good idea. Came out laden with pasties and lamb shanks, and venison pate. Then walked along the river scoffing icecream. I've put on a lb - off to the gym this morning.

I'm struggling a bit again with dd. I find it so hard to motivate her. THe pocket money rewards for homework are no longer working, and she can't be bothered again. It is a nightmare even getting her to brush her teeth or pick her clothes up. Nothing works with her.

Hello to everyone else. Sorry you are feeling low HM, and I'm really sorry for dropping out. It's just such a struggle at the moment for time and money. Dp is quite stressed with work too, and I don't feel right buggering off for a weekend atm!
