Fantastic music

charleymouse · 18/05/2008 01:06

Another great singalong track full of emotion.

shabster · 18/05/2008 01:07

Hips dont lie

This reminds me of my favourite place in all the world...Faliraki, Rhodes.

This has been the 'holiday song' for the last few years. It makes me cry, and miss my Greek friends. Also cry because I want to look like Shakira

shabster · 18/05/2008 01:09

Charley - who is your most favourite singer...can you narrow your favourite song down??? I could probably narrow my favs down to about 100!!

shabster · 18/05/2008 01:13

My DS4 is wide awake and having a bit of a cry...he is 11 in July and is struggling with the growing up thing....no doubt this will be a long conversation with him!! Will see you all tomorrow. Night night girls.

charleymouse · 18/05/2008 01:14

Thought your profile pics showed a likeness to Shakira myself . OOh favourite artist hmm let me think.

charleymouse · 18/05/2008 01:15

VaginaShmergina · 18/05/2008 08:46

Just popped in to say morning to Shabs and Tiggs, wherever that Tiggs is ?

Shabs tell Tomster he can always come and rest his head on me !!!

shabster · 18/05/2008 08:50

Hiya V - Tomster and I had long talk at stupid o'clock this morning!! I held him tight and he smelt of teenage boys you know the bordering on b.o!!! He also showed me his hairy legs - he cried and cried. Made me cry too! Who stole my lastborn and replaced him with a young bloke? Come on, someone confess - cause this is not my titchy baby

Pix lovely name btw, forgot to say yesterday. Love the 'Sooty' too

I'm thinking Septumus and Octavia for the twins

Momma i have no idea, i really did not have aclue i was pregnant. I was convinced it was a bug. It was a Tesco test and when i took it i looked at it and saw 2 bright pink vertical lines appear and thought perhaps i saw a faint horizontal one. I trooped off to the bedroom to see in the light and looked at the box, i did a comedy double take when i saw it was blinkin vertical lines not horizontal ones i was looking for!!!

I was truly shell shocked. I find it hard to believe that the 2 weeks of bleeding had after the Colposcopy was not a period. BUT by my cycle i should only just be ovulating now after that period (if it was one) which means my cycle has changed completely or my test is showing mega early. I really dont know.

In for a penny in for a pound, may as well be twins. The kids wouldn't have to fight ver it and i would have 8, nice even number. Am still a bit at it. I am such a numpty.

Morning all! Shabs and CM you had me this morning.

Timesofhope · 18/05/2008 10:56

I have a question for all you triplet mums out there!

What cars do you drive that allow you all the space you need with three kids? Obviously when ours arrive we will need to fit three car seats and have space in the boot for pram/s and all the stuff you need to take little ones out!

The only transport we can see that might be suitable are the likes of Fiat Multiplas and Ford Galaxy - we've even been told to get a converted minibus like the post office use!!

So how do you all get your kids out and about?

TiggerTonkerTruck · 18/05/2008 10:58

LOL Malarkin I really did consider Octavia

Congratulations you lucky thing!!!! I am soooooooo pleased for you You'll be fine lady, like shelling peas for you and keeping chickens!!!

((((((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))))))))))))

Vaggy I was down the 'ole Ribber(river incase smutty minds are about) until 9pm last night with DH,kids, woofer!!
DH found a dumped motorbike and re-discovered
his long lost youth
Popped into the Crem to say a few hello's to some old friends, got home ate cakes..(did I tell you I baked yesterday?!!!!!)bathed kids had tea......11pm again!!! Grrrrrrr.......

hey Charleymouse!!!

TiggerTonkerTruck · 18/05/2008 11:02

TOH we had a ford galaxy ,but there are some cars that you can fit all three seats in the back and have enought room in the boot for two buggys(double and single).....hang on I will just shout to DH and ask him what car we had when Betsie died on us...................

Mondaeo (sp) and Seairra (sp)

PMSL you know what I mean!!!!

DH just shouted "Hatchback"
Which I am sure is not an insult!!!!

frumpygrumpy · 18/05/2008 11:08

LG&T OMG!!! Congratuations! Now, stick your feet up on a cushion please!

Momma, I checked, I did send to the correct address, even remembered the dash B. Can you mail me? [email protected] or anyone with my email can forward it or forward me one of hers so I can reply on it......

come on, we want photos!!!

ToH, I didn't want a massive family wagon so we have a Toyota Corolla Verso as our main wagon. The old version has built in boosters (they pop up out of the back seat and are comfy as they are made of real seat rather than plastic with covers) which is a godsend because then you can fit in a normal one in the middle of them. Probably couldn't get 3 second stage seats in it together though...... The new style has two pull up seats in the boot. Not as spacious as the Grand Espace but then I wouldn't want to have to park that!!

frumpygrumpy · 18/05/2008 11:09

The old style Corolla has a huge boot (they are very much in demand on the second hand market) and it is a great height for lifting giant heavy buggies into.

frumpygrumpy · 18/05/2008 11:10

PMSL a hatchback. As long as he wasn't shouting hunchback at me

TiggerTonkerTruck · 18/05/2008 11:10

O.k so I am dense

DH has just reminded me we had a Renult espace

But we did have to remove both the back seats to fit everything in!!!

TiggerTonkerTruck · 18/05/2008 11:11

Morning FG!!!

frumpygrumpy · 18/05/2008 11:12

Thats the problem with 7 seaters. You do end up losing boot space. A friend of mine does it with one of those roof boxes too. Have to take care in underground car parks though.....
