Just noticed the three sites I am on.....

Mumsnet - trying to pretend I am a young trendy mum!

Genes Reunited - trying to find my DH crazy family who originally came from Gwent

Friends Reunited - trying to pretend I am 17 again!

MarsLady · 05/02/2008 23:28

click the link. This made me laugh and laugh

Made pancakes for my antenatal ladies today. Oh and 3 couples that have or are expecting twins and know/know of me all met up recently. How freakily scary is that? One of them was Pazza!

triplets · 06/02/2008 00:04

Evening all!
Triplets slinks into house quietly after being out two nights on the trot! Only managed three small glasses of something red, but like Shabster am feeling quite giddy! Just sat on the floor sorting the laundry basket and have tossed DH underpants aside, fed up with handling other peoples smalls, at almost 56 I should not be doing this, I find it indignant, esp when he leaves them on the bathroom floor, it irritates me so much, How on earth did I get onto this subject? Anyway, how are all our lovely babes doing? And yes, Momma is gorgeous and makes me feel like the ugly sister............Momma what is your inside leg measurement out of interest, you look tall in the pics?

shabster · 06/02/2008 07:11

No wonder I woke up early. 'picture the scene' - 11 months without a period - confirmed by doc that I am on menopause - just been to the loo!!!!! Dont think I need to go further. Not even got any pads - poo, bum, todger and any other cursing words I can get away with.

Must still have some aged eggs lurking!!!just watch a stray tadpole will attack my nether regions and I will produce a baby just after my grandbaby is born!!! Noooooooo please noooooooo.

HarrogateMum · 06/02/2008 08:03

triplets - I HATE picking up my family's dirty clothes but I seem to spend my life doing it, and DH makes an annoying joke about it saying that it just seems ot magically get clean and end up back in the drawer. Grrrrrrrrr.

Oh and shabster - major bummer, periods, dont even get me started on the subject or we will be here all day.

PS my inside leg is 35" - do I win?

PPS - this makes it a bugger to get trousers so if I do win, please could someone send me some trousers that fit and dont make me look like a sailor. Thanks.

TripleyTigger · 06/02/2008 09:05

Tigger family is down. I reapeat Tigger family is down. Do not cross the line. Vitual snots on the loose

triplets · 06/02/2008 09:05

You beat me by an inch, 34"! It is a bind finding trousers, usually get mens jeans as they seem to fit better, can never get the arms long enough either! Shabster do not despair about your staure, cos have you ever noticed that people always feel sorry for little old ladies, getting things off of supermarket shelves etc, tall old ladies do not get the same attention! Why am I sitting here, things to do, busy day, Mothers 80th birthday!! See you later.

triplets · 06/02/2008 09:06

stature that should have been!

triplets · 06/02/2008 09:07

Tigger, should we send the SAS in?

triplets · 06/02/2008 09:08

Frumpy, about time you were back, things are not the same without you

hello

any advise here please?

MERLYPUSS · 06/02/2008 17:26

Just a quickie.
I have hatched. Thomas William 6lb 14 oz born 31/01/08 at 15.53hs and Isaac Jamie 5lb 4oz born 31/01/08 at 15.55hs.
Had emergency c-sect as developed pre-eclapsia and had to stay in high dependency for a day as lost 2ltrs blood. Also Isaac went to ncu as not breathing but we are all home now, combination feeding (milk not in yet) and are all getting to know each other with lots of cuddles.
can someone send a brief update of news to [email protected]. Will return.
Remember. Sleep is for the weak.

HarrogateMum · 06/02/2008 17:31
