I know only too well the feeling of vindication and relief to find out that you are not being a neurotic, over-paranoid mother, but that there IS something wrong and something can be done about it. Have just got back from slimming world and have lost another lb this week, making a total of 1.5 stone since I started...am now at my lowest weight since DD1 was born in July 2003. Am v. happy .

I adore the sexy platforms and think the other shoes are fine for everyday but NOT weddingy. They are not shag-me shoes and you need shag-me shoes for that dress. Size is out of the equation, its the look in your eye that matters and the sexy platforms will give you a look that says you are wearing no pants.

I always think that platforms = slightly tranny , but then they would do in a size 10. The boden ones with the heel are far more sexy and feminine.
