Morning! Since its a sunny day here I thought I'd say sunny hellos. Unless of course anyone else has beat me to it and I've missed the new thread.

morning girls xx

Congrats, bubby! It's our 4th tomorrow :)

MultipleMama · 02/10/2013 10:56

Haha. Some people make milkshakes from their placenta! Had a scare last nigh, Apollo's alarm went off! He had somehow managed to dislodge his tube. He's fine and seems more aware this morning if that makes any sense.

He's only decorated it with a couple paper spiders/bats and stuck them on, along with a name tag and a picture from DC :)

Happy anniversary bubs x

triplets · 02/10/2013 15:48

Whats up chuck? Why the Envy face? Oh Mama really?? Do you have a teeny tiny pic yet?? Love to see them :)

MultipleMama · 02/10/2013 20:38

Yep, really. I tried one... never again. I'll stick the pills and keepsakes haha.

Plenty of pictures but all still on camera and DH doesn't want them uploading yet until they're home and well. DH wants to keep things private xx

Afternoon all, feeling really tired today yet had the best nights sleep I`ve had in ages! Mama how long will you have to stay in? Your other children must be missing you. xx

MultipleMama · 03/10/2013 21:09

As it was otherwise a normal vaginal delivery, I could be discharged any time the day after. I was discharged this morning. Love being home and seeing the DC really cheer me up but still loathe leaving my babies alone. K is so excited and has been drawing lots of pictures so the A-twins know who he is and to thank them for his new cool glitter pens :)

Sok - Hope all goes well and glad to see the school are taking it more seriously this time x

Evening, ladies. How are you all? X

triplets · 03/10/2013 23:06

Have the dcs seen their new brothers yet? Are you able to go in every day, must be difficult for you. We both went every day, 10-5pm but then we had no one at home :( makes me sad just saying that.

bubby64 · 03/10/2013 23:09

Happy anniversary Chops Thanks
Mama - glad you are home, and the babes are doing well in Scbu.- the thought of a placenta shake makes me gag too.
Soks - I hope the school sorts the problem out, its not good enough to try and fob any parent off. Good luck with the leadership pack
We went out for an curry last night, not very romantic as we took the boys, it was very nice, but i was feeling so tired all i really wanted to do was go home and go to bed, in fact, as soon as we did go home, i went to bed at the same time as the boys, so much for romance eh!Blush
Horrendous thunderstorms here tonight, but wonderful lightning shows.

triplets · 03/10/2013 23:16

We have just had the mother of all storms here too, bloody rain came through the vent in my kitchen window, rain poured over the work surface and flooded my floor!
Hope you are tucked up in bed Mama, get as much rest as you can! Orders!

triplets · 04/10/2013 00:34

Has anyone seen Noah recently? I need an Ark.

MultipleMama · 04/10/2013 02:32

Came home from NICU about an hour ago. DH will be going in for 2 hours before work. I'll do the school/daycare drop off then head back up.

They haven't been up yet due to school and nursery but plan to arrange them to visit at the weekend. Was thinking of asking the nurse if she could spare a few minutes to talk to them about their poorly siblings when they do visit. Good idea? I'll be taking just K & A.

We're setting up a routine to go every day and it's 24/7 visiting for parents. I'll be going during school hours and DH will be going after the kid's bedtime. Just hard as we're trying latching etc with Artemis and really want to avoid bottles but don't know if it's possible :(

Weather has been awful hasn't it? Hope your kitchen is sorted, Trips.

Xx

Morning all.............rough wild night, storm past and sky is alight with stars, quite beautiful. Wide awake.........going to be a long day...
Mama, it all sounds exhausting, rest as much as you possibly can, whilst your A babes are being safely looked after, because once they get home.........
Have you thought about asking for help rom Homestart?

MultipleMama · 04/10/2013 07:34

We have a cleaner and my dad has temporaily moved in the spare room to help with the kids. I am resting I promise. I seem to catch loads of naps on NICU and I'm sleeping good on a night between the boys waking up 3 times a night still! DH's 10 week leave is coming up on 28th so I'll have more support at home and at the hospital :)

The sky looks very white this morning! Looks like another miserable day though!

Morning.......where did everybody go Grin

Sokmonsta · 05/10/2013 09:51

Morning!

I had a manically busy day yesterday. Culminating in a little too much good wine with friends and a Chinese. My head!

Sleeping it off currently and dh is taking the bigs to skeggy to drop nana and grandad off for their holiday in a bit.

Here I am me awd mucker :o Having a very lazy day today.........feel tired. J had friend for sleepover so they were talking until 2am. Wish something exciting would happen..................

bubby64 · 05/10/2013 19:46

Evening All.
Mama- carry on as you are, I know you want to be with the babies as much as possible, but you have to pace yourself darling. Good news about both hubby and dad being there to support you.
Soks- glad you had a good evening to relax, hope you hot some recovery time today.
Trips - hadnt realised you got to product test one of those posh drinks machines, did you know they were made by Bosch?? Thats why everything to do with them is expensive!! A pity that doesn't reflect in my wages!! Grin We got one for our nephew as a house warming present as he and his partner really wanted one.
DH is struggling with fixing his car at the moment, you don't realise how you rely on having all the tools to do the job until they are not there any more! We haven't been psid out for contents yet, so cant afford to replace yet, so he is having to borrow everything from his brotherConfused . I looks like we will conyinue to share one car for next week as well, just when I have another full time week covering for my colleague. I have to run DH to work early, then go to my work in completely then opposite direction, then repeat in the evening, its adding 1.5hrs to our working days Sad .

MultipleMama · 05/10/2013 23:10

Unable to sleep. The boys are unsettled and have taken over DH's side of the bed and babbling to each other. DH is at the hospital and annoying the nurses by singing some classic Misfits songs to the A-team haha.

Artemis is improving each minute and is showung great signs of wanting to latch.

Apollo however seems to have somehow caught an infection in his right which they're treating, one a good note he's opening his eyes again.

Hope they pay out soon, Bubs and the car manages to get fixed! :)

triplets · 05/10/2013 23:57

Just finished my book, starting another one, one of the biggest pleasures in life is reading............even better if I was lying on a sun bed somewhere hot................if only.
Where the trolley these days............surely not my turn again?
