I feel your pain - living off £78 a week esa

It's pathetic

I have worked all the time (minus 4mths maternity leave) paid taxes for over 30yrs and crazy the amount they offer you

plus I had to prove it (fair enough) but a hour car ride each way for an interview when I was on 2 crutches and in a walking Boot for 7w and barely walk after an ankle op - thankfully my dad drove me as I couldn't drive then. Can now thank god

But was the nearest assessment centre and they told me to get a train and bus there

@Disco2023 I had £4k in the last draw and won £500 last month, so it does happen.
I hadn't had a win for several months before that, but that one win beat the odds for years of savings rates.

I'm very fortunate that my work have a pretty generous package. But because I am still in my first year of work I 'only' get 4 weeks on full pay. Anything afterwards is now on SSP, so the make-up between what I'msupposed to be working and what I'mactually working. Thankfully I do seem to be on the mend finally, though absolutely not at full strength yet. Just gritting my teeth and riding it out for now.

Just keeping fingers tightly crossed for tomorrow.

Nothing pending on the blue app so either I haven’t won or it’s too soon on there. I was hoping to cheer myself up before going back to work

Pretty sure it's too soon - mine appeared there in the late evening last month. 10.30/11pm ish. Keep the hope alive!

I think if I don't get anything this month I might switch to a 4 per cent savings account. I'm starting to feel like a bit of a mug 🙁

I'm new to PBs. I have accounts for myself and 2 DCs. I checked the app earlier and it had a 'Sorry no luck this time' for one DC but when I checked the other two it says results on 3rd May. Does anyone know why this is?

So if my actual account hasn't had a balance change that means i havant won even though app only updates tomorrow?

No big win for me this month. I usually get a few smaller prizes - my goal is to use the PB winnings to fund my monthly gym membership and if I get any more than that its a bonus!

I think it's too early

Sad days, I stuck some of my divorce payment in mine and the kids accounts with the dream of winning big. Combined amount of 150k and £125 was our biggest win.
Have just started to pull it out to pay for buying a house, was hopeful of winning big so I held on until today…….we did not win big

@OneFrenchEgg , results don’t appear in the app until around midnight tonight and when you win, they don’t get transferred into your account for a few days.

even the email letting you know you’ve won and turn up a day or two after it appears in the app. My heart always skips a beat when I see it only to realise it’s the same win I’m already aware of…

It's too soon

It will show tonight at midnight /tomorow

As it's the 2nd working day of the month

But didn't it show before midnight on the blue app last month? (I'm going to resist finding out the disappointment early).

@Blondeshavemorefun the blue app showed the pending win prior to midnight last month. It was around 10.30pm a PP discovered it I believe, but I wasn’t sure how soon in the day they actually show it as pending

I don’t like the blue app showing before Prize Checker.

I wish it would show now, I often check during the night which I hate!
