But now have managed to lock myself out as can't R.E.M. my pass code ffs

The prize checker website seems to have just started working for me, unfortunately it said 'sorry no luck this time', so I checked my parents numbers and it said the same for both of them (we've all got full holdings). Must be a glitch, right (please!).
