Roll on results day. I’m really hoping NOT to follow the years pattern so far in this draw. So far it has been no win, win, no win, win 🤞

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/05/2023 00:43

May winners

Good luck

Nothing for me. One holding looked promising but no match to when the bond was bought. Never mind!

Wrapunzel · 02/05/2023 06:27

Nor me Sad hope for a couple of decent smaller prizes tomorrow!

Hollyhead · 02/05/2023 06:39

There’s a 5k prize which could be me - do I have to wait until tomorrow to find out?

2023usernameNew · 02/05/2023 06:47

@Hollyhead no, make a note of the winning bond number , log into you account and see if it’s one of yours

good luck!

OneFrenchEgg · 02/05/2023 07:20

What I find confusing is the whole holding - mine changes as I add £100 a month. Is it eligible bonds for that draw? Or all bonds incl on enough yesterday?

OneFrenchEgg · 02/05/2023 07:21

There is no pending on the bond blue app, I wonder when that gets updated.

Madcats · 02/05/2023 07:29

Thanks for the list OP: There are a couple of people on the list who have won £50,000 with £100 holdings.

How exciting for them.

DrMadelineMaxwell · 02/05/2023 07:33

And someone overseas who bagged 100,000 with only £500 of bonds.
Now THAT'S a return!

MidlifeWhatNow · 02/05/2023 08:56

Someone has won £10k on a total holding of £10 that they've had since 1985 - what's the betting that they don't even remember / know they have those bonds?

TwinsAndTiramisu · 02/05/2023 09:24

Well, having checked all variations of holdings/value, I can conclude we've won sweet fa on the big prize list Grin

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/05/2023 09:45

Nothing for me

But almost

Saw my small amount and town and got excited 🙀🙀🙀

But wasn't when I brought them 🥲🥲

But

Also someone had £2 and won £5k

Imagine that. Prob a christening pressie and tbh they prob forgot they have them as never added to them

A few with small (like/less then me) have won and that always gives me hope

Roll on tomorrow and maybe £25

As was in 1958

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/05/2023 09:47

Ffs 1957. Fat fingers

CatMattress · 02/05/2023 10:44

No big prize for me. Sadface.
Could have really done with it as still on phased return to work but have run out of paid sick leave, so the next couple of months are going to be tight. Oh well.

RockaLock · 02/05/2023 10:50

@Blondeshavemorefun I have 2 bonds with a date of 1957, but that's a few(!) years before I was born! I have no idea why they are that date. I guess maybe my grandmother bought them at the start, and then put them in my name years later or something.

Livinghappy · 02/05/2023 11:19

Someone has won 100k on a holding since Jan 23. That's lucky!

Prize checker app still showing April. Is that the same for everyone else?

It will. Till tomorrow

It changes 2nd working day of month and shows the smaller wins as well

@2023usernameNew thank you - I’ve just checked and it’s not me 🙁 it was unbelievably close on the bond number though! Like the next number along close!

Disco2023 · 02/05/2023 12:30

I love seeing that list and seeing the low amounts win cos basically that’s me! I love opening the app on the day and that couple of seconds but realistically I’ve had 2.5 years of investment and only won three times. Last October was the last one: I do have under £5k so I know it’s not going to be often. But I really feel due a £25 😂🙈

wineandsunshine · 02/05/2023 12:37

No big win here but I actually enjoy looking at the list and seeing the smaller bonds win 🤣

Maybe my first small win will be tomoz 😊

Me too (and I was born a few years later). I am 99% certain mine were a Christening present.

I wonder if the NS&I records weren't detailed enough for the purchases in the 60's and 70's so they just assigned them all an earlier date.

Used to have a lot more but ivf ans new car and last few months off work due to ankle surgery has meant been dipping in to them

But once back at work and income coming regularly in I will add to it again

Love seeing the low winners as gives me hope
