I believe they are regular NS&I employees who are also secretly agent million (most of their colleagues don't know) and I think there is a team of them. It must feel a bit like having a secret superhero life...

@SavingsThreads , no, I have full holdings and I double checked and they have my account details.
I’ll send them a tweet tomorrow. They responded to me quite quickly with another doubt a while ago.

@ScarlettSunset yes I assume it's normal employees (well probably senior ones) and agent million changes each month based on location?

I live less than 5 mins from an NS&I office so it would make sense for agent million to visit me from there, so maybe each office has a couple of managers who are 'agent million trained'.

Good point re worrying it's a scam, you could always google the number for NS&I and call them whilst agent million was at your house to verify if? I've heard calls with lottery winners in the past where the member of staff has suggested the winner do this to reassure them it's not a scam.

You can only invest in multiples of £25 so if you can afford to put £50 a month in it might be worth it, or put £25 in and the rest in a normal savings account

It doesn't have to be multiples of £25. I've stuck random amounts in to make it easier to check high value winners list. It just needs to be £25 or more purchased I think?

It had to be a minimum of £25, so nothing stopping you buying £30.

Around the 9th of the month. You should have received your prize by now unless you asked for any winnings to be used to purchase more premium bonds.

I went into my online bank and realised they’ve paid it into my savings account that I barely use.

I have no idea why I entered those account details.

No visits here. Does that mean I’ve definitely not won a big prize? We have put a lot of our savings into PBS but still only get £25 about twice a year.

Only the 2 millionaire winners will know already, still some other nice big prizes to win.

@Summerof22 it took 9 days for my winnings to hit my bank account. I've seen it's gone to your savings account.

It's the last working day according to the Facebook page. I put a screenshot on the last thread.

There was a knock on my door earlier. But it was just a guy asking if I wanted my windows cleaned. I was partly hoping it was a ruse by agent million, so asked if that was all...
