New thread for when old one is full and for October - exciting time as lots more prizes for October - less £25 ones but many more £50

Friday 30th is last working day of the month so maybe one of us will get THAT VISIT - saying won a million - blondes faints

wouldn’t it be lovely if we all won something even £50 in October

£50 on £40k.

£50 for me & £50 for OH.

£50 here (2 x £25), nothing for DH.

2 of us and between us we have £60k of bonds - we won £25 total. Bit pants. But on to next month

£75 on around £48k across 2 accounts. Not brilliant or dreadful, about 2% if we won that every month.

Our second month with no wins.

My father won £125.

Started a weekly £25 standing order. So hopefully that will lead to something.

We have 28k across three accounts. My father has around 5k in bonds.

In our stocks and shares ISA our yearly dividends are very close to reaching almost £1000 now across the full year.

£100 each for me and DH. Best win so far! 🎉

£75 (1 x £25 1 x £50) on £28k holdings that I’ve only had for 2 months. Not bad!

I topped it up to full holdings at the end of last month so will see if that brings any more luck next month

DH did better than me: £125 on a £5000 holding (1x£25 and 1x£100).

£75 on a holding of £38k. Won nowt last month so it seems only fair 😁

I got £100 + £25 on a £25k holding - best ever!

£100 on holding of £15K. I have won several £25 in the past, and 3 in one draw once, but this is the first time I have won a £100.

Is there a minimum amount people recommend in order to up the chances of a regular win? I'm pretty new and only have a smallish holding at the moment.

Yes, there is 1 in 24,000 chance of winning a prize. So £24,000 should see a win most months if you're lucky. In my experience more like >£40,000 gets win every month.

We got £100 on my full holdings. £25 on DH full holdings. Not bad, but half what we got last month!

Ooh! £150 on full holdings. I bought the premium bonds in September, so this is a first for me!

3 x £25 for me on full holdings.

Nothing for me on around £30k, Hubby got £50 also on £30K holding

£100 and £25 on 18k holding... not as impressive as my £100 last month on 800.00 😆 But still not to be sniffed at...
