New thread for when old one is full and for October - exciting time as lots more prizes for October - less £25 ones but many more £50

Friday 30th is last working day of the month so maybe one of us will get THAT VISIT - saying won a million - blondes faints

wouldn’t it be lovely if we all won something even £50 in October

£50 for me on 20k

Nothing for me this month ☹️

£100 over the last six draws though. On about £22.5k

I’ve just checked and we have won 1.6% on our full holdings in the last 6 months. Which is better than the average bank savings account.
One really good month could jump that right up though.

£25 on £40,000 or just over.

Disappointing - I was on average last year but this year I have done poorly. Need a couple of good months just to break even with last year and that won't take into account the increased rates!

£175 on just over full holding between 2 accounts. Best we have had so hope it keeps up.

1x£25 and 1 x £100 on £40k holdings, very happy.

I won 2 x £100 on a £50k holding, so quite pleased.

£175 for me this month on 26k. I've won £25 in June, July, August and September so very pleased 😀

2x25 on 36k, nothing on 11k. I had hoped we might get a higher prize with the increase this month but no. Across the 2 accounts we have won 575 so far this year which I'm happy with. I've had a fixed term savings end and put it in premium bonds for now so next month we have 2 accounts with full holdings. Am hoping for good things!!

@ServerSurfer we have savings elsewhere too, partly because we sold our house when we moved abroad so there was an overspill! We realise we are very fortunate (unless you take into account the fact that we have no home).

£125 here. That’s the most I’ve ever won in a month.

I think that can be the problem with PB. One of my wins was £500, which is why my amount was quite high. Without that it would have been a fairly poor return. Ds did relatively better, I think it’s about 7% on a far smaller amountS

It’s pure luck. Dd is 18 and thinking of moving hers to a LISA for her first house because the government addition would be far better. But on the, on the other hand, there’s a chance of a much bigger return. So she is dithering.

As much as PB can be fun, they can be frustrating when not much is coming in.

@Hearthnhome I would definitely advise DD to move hers into a LISA (or move £4K a year gradually if she has more than that), I understand it's not as excising as the chance to win big but 25% guaranteed is not to be sniffed at imo.

Pleased with this month. I won 1 x £25 and 1 x £100 on £11,000 holdings. It’s the most I’ve ever won in a month!

Bit rubbish again this month - £25 on £29k between us. Was hoping we'd fare a bit better with the increase in payouts.

4 x £25 for me and a £100 win for DH this month. Very pleased with that.

My friend just told me she won £150.

Not bitter.

First win ever since starting to collect 14 months ago. Slowly built up from 1000 to 7000.
£50 win.
I thought they might email but only found out by going online to look at my account.
