Yes it’s the 71st thread focused on exposing the lies of MLMs and the deceptions practiced by so/called ‘leaders’ who recruit recruit recruit!
You will only lose money if you join their ‘team’ - don’t do it!

The email sent to all potential victims yesterday includes this P.S.:

Don’t forget there NO contracts, subscriptions, cancellation fees, upsells, agendas or barriers here!! Literally JUST £39 to be part of a growing, inclusive community of Entrepreneurs who will shape the future of business for the better!!

Wow. That is blatant fraud when they are using a (very unfair) contract.

I hope enough potential victims see this thread to spread the word that all is not as it seems.

I’ve just ask on their Fb page how long the £39pm is for how long the contract is for. Got reply from the admin saying no contract and only £39pm. Asked if I can cancel anytime without paying more money will see what they say.

Maybe they will shock us and it is just £39 a month! Doubt it though lol

Surely stating things like this though they would have to be careful. I’d like to think they wouldn’t so blatantly lie 🤷‍♀️

The fact that it has been raised in the group (well done to those who did!) has already had an effect.
Even if posts are being deleted, it has rattled them enough that they felt they had to mention it in yesterday's live (although Castle's explanation was clearly a load of bollocks).
This alone will have sent some bells tingling among those signing up, most of whom would otherwise not even been aware that the T&Cs existed.

I think what's happened is that they have just reused the T&Cs from Fierce's business and not thought to change them - I mean, who needs to worry about silly things like that when you are a business - just follow the woo woo feelings 😖

@Twentytwentyhindsight I can’t see you on either of their FB pages (the original or the one created to officially launch the scam).

Possibly the t&c was copied and pasted from Fierce’s previous ‘businesses’ and her intention was always to operate in the same way. Castle is likely leaving all that stuff up to her as it takes a bit of concentration. So Castle can blithely tell her big downline (which is her contribution to this operation) not to worry and it’s all fine and do sign up and she’ll keep them on the hook with her rambling lives. In which she’s constantly demonstrating poor organisational skills, an inability to stick to anything and an unhealthy need for constant treats and validation.

Is there an answer yet to that last question?

@Twentytwentyhindsight i had fun in that group until they booted me out! What did they say on the live? Obviously I am just a jealous hater!

@Traceyfudge77 I'm still in the 'big reveal VIP group. I didn't have any posts up, just comments under the now-deleted posts asking about cancellation fees etc.

Whatever the story behind the T&Cs, the fact is they are now out in the open, which is one thing they didn't want.
I wonder to what extent Castle realises that those terms and conditions she dismisses are the very essence of Fierce's business model?

Re Fierce's legal help. Are any of them in fact proper solicitors. They could be in a more administration capacity as I have been previously.Ironically he was struck off for dodgy dealings.

It was also fascinating to see how quickly they started tagging people, I think there are definitely support bots on there looking at all the activity. They even tagged Mr Castle at one point

Just had a look at the group and there is a recent breast cancer sufferer posting her story. Same old “ it’s my fault that I didn’t succeed in FL” C&F are truly despicable, she’s going to become one of their poster girls isn’t she.
I have recently been through breast cancer. It renders you so vulnerable to this sort of scam.

@Twentytwentyhindsight cheers! I wouldn’t have minded anyway though. There are loads of us with that name on fb so they shouldn’t be able to find me to block hopefully! Or to do my head in! 🤣

It seems like the whole thing is very fluid. Punters have spotted that payment is taken immediately. They have queried this and someone from admin pops up to reassure them.
In a “normal “business all of this would have been crystal clear before you even click to the payment page.
The minions have spotted they were likely to get scammed for two months before the”course” starts so now they’ve had to change the plan.
I’m starting to wonder if the master plan was to sign up as many as possible in the next 12 weeks and then using their T&Cs close it down.

Also what other legitimate business/educational establishment addresses their customers/clients as Gorge.
