Yes it’s the 71st thread focused on exposing the lies of MLMs and the deceptions practiced by so/called ‘leaders’ who recruit recruit recruit!
You will only lose money if you join their ‘team’ - don’t do it!

Basically if the £39 per month cdn actually be cancelled or if it is a longer term contract, also happened to Google fierce and see they are a scammer which is worrying!

"They said no long contracts to tie us
in, just a rolling month, so if you
cancel then you're not liable for any
more payments."
And an admin said:
"YES! That is exactly right my lovely!
You pay £39 a month until you decide
to cancel and then that's it!"

Someone screen shot the emails she received on signing up which said her payment was for July 1 to Aug1 but her registration is for Sept 12th. I think she was querying why the payments are being taken two months before the course officially starts.
With any educational fees the contract is usually for payment in or by the first day of term. With so little detail available re the subscriptions I think many of them are now confused.

I don't know how they have the brass neck. I've a feeling this will end very badly indeed for Castle, but Fierce knows what she's doing, and will get away with it.

I shouldn't feel sorry for Castle, but I hope she somehow sees sense before she gets too enmeshed. She'll have lost her FL business and any credibility she had (such as it was). The fallout will not be good.

@definitelynotabot - Castle has already burned her bridges, and any 'reputation' she has is only among the dwindling band of gullible minions, so she has to exploit it somehow...
Of course it isn't sustainable and they'll shun her like the plague when they get out, but she desperately reds a way to monetise them for now.

In answer to 'What will Castle do when it all goes tits up?'... Be a barista I expect. She's 'volunteered' to cover her cousin's cafe while they're on holiday. Maybe it's not a truly altruistic gesture... Maybe Castle is learning herself a proper trade just in case

This is an incredibly concerning scam. I do feel we may need to discuss away from public view the way to make sure this new venture of this collapses before it even starts.

Castle always maintained she had no secrets and she told her team exactly how she built her business. So she's a liar either way, the first of many red flags for bots surely!?!!!

There has to be a way to get to these minions and point out that neither scammer has confirmed they can cancel payments anytime.

My biggest concern is that very few people will dare to ask the questions as it's classed as negativity, it means you've got isolated people struggling with noone they can speak to.

What can we do?

Absolutely sickened that they would do this as we enter a cost of living crisis.

Latest live from Castle the contract is not a contract and it’s generic T&C so just ignore the small print. Just wow, how not to run a business.
Also “points mean prizes”, they are rewarding group members with cash for tagging everyone they know. I bet Uber and Yawn are fuming. I wonder if they have been tagged yet.
I also loved the “questions” I did try earlier to get them to post clear, grown up explanation of the subscription but no one bothered to answer. Since all the admin are friends and family they must be constantly monitoring the content.
I would suggest strategies but they are probably monitoring this thread too.

I hope someone has recorded the 'contract isn't a contract & ignore the T&Cs bit. That is a clear get out of jail for free card if they try to insist that they are 'locked in ' to the whole thing...
