I presumed Gorge was a name there! They are so professional with that and signing off with kisses! I do that all the time in my professional capacity!

I doubt she has any legal help given how badly drafted her documents are. She’s probably taken her previous clients to court for non-payment of her fees by using the money claims online website. Nobody in their right mind would instruct solicitors to do that for them as their legal fees would eat up most of the costs and possibly even exceed the sums they were trying to claim.

I hope Castle and Fierce’s alleged business (which their terms describe as “entertainment” - nice try!) bites their fat lazy arses. All it will take is a savvy bot (there must be at least one out there lurking in the shadows) to sue them for fraudulent misrepresentation, alleging their T&Cs (which surely form part of their contract - written or otherwise) or falls under the Unfair Contract Terms Act. They might be trying to convince their followers that there isn’t a contract (when in fact they are entering into a contract because they’re paying for a service) so if that service isn’t up to much Castle and Fierce could be sued for breach of contract.

……..and Castle might like to note that only one of them has obvious UK assets available to be seized.

They have had nearly 700 suckers sign up so far. £27k for a bit of flouncing around in Lanzarote and a very amateur website. They are probably using Fierces finance funnel because it’s already set up. Not bad for a few hours work on holiday.

In the current climate I’m concerned how many relationships are going to be explosive, or how many single mums can’t do things for their kids.

Yes, there are a number of similar posts in that vein (I was worried about finding the money to join, but I sold my kidney and now I'm soooo excited to be part of this amaaayzing group of inspirational leaders!!!) that are clearly planted by stooges.
They are the same ones who are the first onto any of the posts asking 'awkward' questions with the 'I've known C/F for years and I trust them and they've TOLD us there are no cancellation fees'...

I would certainly take the 'eleventy gazillion joiners' hype with a pinch of salt.
We all know what MLM scammers are like when it comes to such figures.
C&F are clearly trying to create as much hype as possible to jump people into joining.
A great many of the 'hallelujah I've been accepted, my life is complete' posts are clearly planted, and the number of tag-bot posts as pointed out by @Angrymum22 is a dead giveaway.

Those were my suspicions too @Twentytwentyhindsight Even if only five people have bought into C&F’s “entertainment” they’ve still got to deliver high quality content or face the consequences.

Thinking about it … if I’ve understood this and they’re taking payment now, i.e a couple of months before their entrepreneuriversity (!) opens its doors it’s likely that they haven’t actually created any content. I wonder if they’re going to see how many fools they can persuade to part with their money before they worry about what they’re going to teach and if there aren’t enough victims they’ll pull the plug?

Oh, I'm sure they don't have any sort of structured content planned as yet. Knowing Castle, she probably thinks that by just appearing for the minions and waffling a bit of bullshit, she will be doing enough.

Had a quick look at members of the group. Quite a lot of FL bots have joined up. Can’t remember her nickname but the bot who shares a first name with Ike Turners ex wife and her surname is someone who looks after fish in rivers is there.
I am keeping an eye open for any familiar names.
I wonder if any of the big boys are using burner accounts to join the group. It would be hilarious if they try and disrupt things.

I don’t believe for a minute Yawn has done gardening with those talons. Like the exercise regime you never see her doing any. All the gear and no idea.
