Surveys – there are tons of websites, but the majority are for pennies. Do a google search for ‘paid surveys’, but beware of websites touting affiliate links. The only one I would recommend is:

I've got a FB survey set missing from the begining of the month still now, no idea what's happening with them. So pleased I got onto Og as you just sort that yourself on the invoice.... I haven't tried the new ticketing system mainly as I started looking at it and it made very little sense!

Flippin Payoneer. I'd forgotten they have a minimum withdrawal limit - which I'm less than $1 below this month from the Appen surveys. $49.24 will have to stay there for another month

is this just for bank transfers? I get mine sent to paypal and it went through fine this month (just over $18 - I was being lazy with the surveys haha)

Are you able to deposit a quid into payoneer? I couldn't on my account but apparently some let you?

There's NO reason for them to hold onto it, I use payoneer for Teemwork and it goes Payoneer-straight to bank even if it's £20.

I couldn't tell you how or why though

I've got my second Yuk*on exam starting today, I've read the guidelines so often it feels like I no longer understand them

@lilmishap I'm also plodding through Yu**n guidelines so I feel your pain! I seem to sway between 'this is Crystal clear' to 'haven't got the foggiest' Feel like I've had guideline overload and need to start the first exam soon. Good luck to you

@lilmishap & @kneesknocking - good luck with the exams! I'm doing my first bit of live work on yuk** and am hoping I'm not making a total mess of it. Feel a bit nervous like when I first started potato way back when

@lilmishap, I can't find any way to deposit money into Payoneer (tried to invoice myself and it wouldn't let me as I'm not a business) and don't have an option to pay out to Paypal Luckily I'm not desperate for it but it's hugely annoying to have earnt it and still be unable to access it.

@ruralwanderer It won’t make a difference for this month but if you speak to Payoneer, they can send the payment back to Appen and then if you speak to Appen, they can change your payment type over to pay direct to your bank. The payment that is sent back will not be represented for payment til next month, so you’re still having to wait, but if would avoid the same issue in future.

Ooh that's great to know, thank you! I thoroughly resent the $3 payoneer fee so it would be fab to bypass it.

I passed part one now I'm too damn scared to start part 2, that's where I fucked it up last time and I thought I'd done alright.

For anyone doing Sh''one, I've just heard about Paypal 'return on us'. It's free to do and they'll pay for you to return 12 packages every year. You pay then claim it back. So you won't lose out if you have to pay for returns. I didn't get picked this month, fingers crossed for next month.

saw the email last night, didn't register the date on them! Just done Po*er and Im*er, dd pretty horrifically on both so assuming I won't get on.

They let me do wis*h again and I got 12. Then it said I had another go and I proceeded to get 9. 🙄

one of them I scored 47%, the other one I scored 9/15 so really not holding out any hope

@superpinkgirl @AnotherOne4 - if you did Riv** then on the quizzes tab there are a number of quali quizzes for other projects you can take

@rhij86 Ah thank you, I didn't do R*v so that will be why.

@lilmishap Part 2 was the one I failed first time as well. The questions I got in my second attempt seemed a lot easier to me though so maybe you'll get a nicer batch this time too!

So after failing Pop* twice I have now had an e-mail saying I passed - I didn't but was very close so I guess they decided to take me anyway. Hope that means they have lots of work and need people on it.

Anyone else on that? Do I now wait to be sent a link to start working?
