Surveys – there are tons of websites, but the majority are for pennies. Do a google search for ‘paid surveys’, but beware of websites touting affiliate links. The only one I would recommend is:

@onemouseplace, for Nile, sometimes you have to go back in again till you get a full batch. So let’s say you load it up and it brings up 15 ads, after doing those, load it again immediately and you’ll see it start from 16. Do that till you get to 30.

@AdaShelby @Tohaveandtohold aha - thanks! For some reason I read the guidelines as you have to reload the batches until you get a set of 30 to complete, not that you do the first set, then reload and do the remainder!

I've got an Am Group 1 email but no explanation of what that means. TBH I've lost interest in the project completely and haven't taken part the last few months. I might ask to be removed from it.

That often just churns out even fewer though. I remember in the heady wonderful days of being on Nle starting with 18, refreshing and ending up with about 6.
Oddly, the more months went on, the less it seemed to happen. Though, possibly because I was moved to N on Android after a while instead of the desktop. That was great. Waiting for the bus? I'll do my clicks.

OK, Project Nl - I tried reloading after I did my first batch (14) and then got a second batch (5) and did those, but after the second batch it woudn't let me generate any more and just said I'd finished rating for the day. I've added a note to the invoice to say that's what I did so let's see if I get paid for them!

Ok, really need to up my game. Nearly end of Sept and I've hardly earnt anything again

Evening all, I've been lurking for the last few weeks. I signed up to Appen a few months ago but didn't really progress as I got a bit of a spammy vibe. After reading some of your comments, I've pursued a couple of the projects that I've been emailed about recently. One of these is Ut*k Bluetoth. I thought I was doing a qualifying task for it but ended up doing 300 odd of the mini tasks (I'm sure it also mentioned payment on this). I remember seeing that I need to score 70% to get paid.
I've been keeping an eye out for feedback but haven't seen this, but have noticed that there are now more tasks available on the task list for this project. I don't want to do more if it's just wasting my time if I'm rubbish. How quickly do you tend to have them 'marked'? Thanks!

@Cj19877 Quality check time varies between projects, generally I've either been paid the same month I've completed work or the following month. I'm not on that particular project but have you tried the project chat? It's likely to be discussed there so worth a look, might give you an idea of the timescale for that project. Sorry it's not a more helpful answer, but I have always been paid for my Appen work if that helps

Finally got the Riv Pro guidelines and seem to have passed, found the qualification a bit painful though!

Something I haven't seen mentioned, possibly as it's not a high-payer, is 'Google Opinion Rewards'. It only pays between 10-30p per survey but only takes a few seconds (I believe it's for Android users only). It's redeemable in the play store, but we use it to download films on YouTube for free ☺️.

I’m on Amur this month, haven’t had any emails other than the usual availability survey.
This month hasnt been to great on refunds. I got an item and asked for a refund and they said I could keep it and just send me half the value. Not sure whether to insist, as it’s not something I have any use for, or just take the money as it’s free money.

I got some drinks, which I’ve used so ok. But the rest is stuff I have no use for and will go to the charity shop.
Starting to think it’s more hassle than it’s worth.

I've just noticed I've not had an invite to the best-paying of the Facebook surveys this week...? The chat is full of people complaining so wonder if they've had a cull or people that have called them out.

Oh I missed that! Bugger, it's nice spending half an hour a week on the three of them to get an extra 10 dollar on the invoice isn't it!

Did anyone else try to do the stock market prediction one on Prolific and not get through because they really didn't understand the instructions? I read them twice, even took photos to refer back and still didn't have a clue what I was supposed to be doing!

I didn’t see the stock market one but I did have one on prolific yesterday about statistics and balls in boxes that was very complicated! Only just started after lurking in this thread for ages.

Did anyone do the CW job recently where you had to buy something through a comparison site and record yourself speaking about the whole process? I did it a week ago but no sign of the money in my account.

Also when I look through my account history there are loads of things marked as 'debit' with a minus amount. Like every second one for certain jobs... Does anyone else have this?

Just had an invitation to take part in a second qualification test for the S*c** project on Ap! Anyone else? They're obviously broadening the net as I failed the first assessment!

Have you noticed all the quizzes in the tab? I just completed the quiz by following the email link, but I have 3 new quizzes in there. (I can't get back to it now, as I came out of the job, and now S*th has disappeared from my jobs page)

@AnotherOne4 hmm did you get an email just now saying to ignore your score as they will review scores manually...? Not done it yet myself but sounds hopeful?!
