Surveys – there are tons of websites, but the majority are for pennies. Do a google search for ‘paid surveys’, but beware of websites touting affiliate links. The only one I would recommend is:

Hi everyone. I haven't been on in a while but really need to start earning online again.
I have been invited to the test for Cal but can't seem to access the guidelines.
I did the test for Pop and failed first time by 8% and then the 2nd attempt too by 2% so that's pretty annoying.
I am meant to be on Fore but there is never any work when I log in.
I was going to give Lionbridge a go but can;t find any WFH jobs when I click on their link - can anyone direct me please?
I really need to peel some potatoes as they threatened to kick me off twice now, but I just found it so slow and boring, I will give it another shot now though if the work is picking up again.

@rockinmum it might be worth going back into SRT and loading it up again to see if it has saved the 65. Although it said they need to be done in one sitting as they don’t save, I found mine did but only after I clicked submit and realise I’d sent over 200 responses in. If you’re only 35 off, you might be able to just add those on.

@rockinmum ask in the Appen chat about St. There are some really helpful mods in there, they can check your work and tell you how far you've got. They checked mine for me, after mine crashed twice. I submitted 101.

@anxiouswaiting Hi I failed P too . I'm currently trying to find my way around Lionsbridge. It's defo one of the more frustrating sites to navigate.

I tried project Stt but it kept freezing for me too and then my laptop crashed so I gave up.
@anxiouswaiting I can’t access the guidelines for ca**h either. Not sure whether to send a ticket or just wait.

Please could someone tell me - Is Lionbridge the same sort of thing as Appen? I am thinking of signing up (am already on Appen) - what is the differences between the two?
I presume there is no reason why you can't be on both?

Also, what to people think about WWW vs Rev please?

I'm not loving Rev tbh but I think that's partly because I started with WWW and have got used to it being a small personable team that will actually talk to you when there's issues etc and will also support you in return. Rev feels a bit like you're cannon fodder and I don't like the file types a lot of the time BUT the weekly pay and the shorter files are attractive. I thought it would be easier with the text already in place for you to check (whereas WWW is a bit of a slog as you have to do it all from scratch yourself) and I think it is on the right files but so many I listen to on Rev and think, nah.

I'm happy doing WWW although the hourly rate is low the flexibility is worth it for me at the moment. WWW almost feels like a proper job whereas Rev I feel is more like an App project where you're a tiny cog in a big cloud operation. Not that there's anything wrong with that!

I only do potato but finding it hard to motivate myself at the moment, does anyone else find themselves constantly looking at the time & wishing for the end when they are on a shift? as they are only an hour, I couldn't cope with a proper fulltime job anymore I used to find it interesting but not sure why suddenly started finding it boring and the time drags.

I clock watch all day, be it my 'real' job or peeling potatoes! The best days are the ones I have where work is slow so I can sit and do some peeling at the same time (like today lol).

But yes, I start a shift, think 'oh I must be nearly done now' to find only 15min have passed

Hello all and thanks for the new thread! August was rubbish, wasn't it?! I only made around 300 dollars and I really need to make more.

Ap is being really annoying and not giving me any work. I desperately need something new and I would actually have time to work as my little one is starting school. Annoyingly I got an invitation to do the qualification quiz for I*x which sounded ace, but after I inputted my details I received an email stating I failed the quiz. Never mind eh...

@YonderTweek Might worth checking the Appen jobs. Just had a look through mine and noticed a couple had disappeared. There seem to be a few new ones on the dashboard, so I've applied for a few more.

Any LB/Telus people about? Do you apply for jobs on the cloud? Is that how you do it? Then what happens? Do they email and invite you to start work?

Just want to make sure I'm doing it right. I've found this process so difficult to suss out lol

@AnotherOne4, LB is a bit strange. I do maps with them, well I'm supposed to but haven't been able to login for 3 days! 🤔
I don't know about the cloud. When I got onto maps they emailed me and then sent logins, etc. I am still finding my feet. I don't know how to actually apply for a specific job with them. I got on to maps from them contacting me. Sorry I can't be more help. 😥

@AnotherOne4 I had the same issue. I was added to a work cloud but no one told me what to do then. I think I did a few language tests and updated my profile but no one contacted me. Actually, I think I got an email saying there was nothing in my locale but that I would be contacted when there is work available, but that was about a year ago now so I gave up on that one.

Damn it! I was convinced I would be selected this month. Looks like my husband is going to have to send me links to random Amazon items again so I'll still get the experience.

6 items. First one is a scam clothes shop. We can skip them can't we? I'm not buying yet just looking until the email arrives.
