Surveys – there are tons of websites, but the majority are for pennies. Do a google search for ‘paid surveys’, but beware of websites touting affiliate links. The only one I would recommend is:

Wow that's fantastic! I like User Testing but I don't make as much as that - maybe a couple of tests a day at $10 each. I've got a $30 interview for them to do tomorrow!

I've had a run of good luck, it's not been this good for months! I did a 30 squid Moonp** interview this morning, was so easy!

Yes, once you've got a few 4 or 5 star rated tests under your belt you do get plenty pinging up but I'd say I'm only eligible for about 5% of what they send through so it does involve some relatively quick and pain free sifting through tests. Just handy that you can do some on your mobile, some on laptop etc. I've been known to run into a side room at work to complete on quickly when the app has pinged!

I have signed up to Appen but reading about the invoicing I’m confused, do I need to invoice Appen for any work I do or do Appen record the projects I’ve done and pay me?

Both @tryingmyhardest21 Some jobs are auto generated (you don't need to do anything, they'll will appear on your invoice once completed) Other jobs, you have to track and invoice yourself.

Whenever you do a job, it'll always be explained on the job page/invoice tab (of the job)

It depends which projects you're on @tryingmyhardest21 most people start with the Facebook surveys and they are added automatically (but you do have to keep your own records too just to double check!). There are other projects that auto-generate too. But then others you have to keep a log and input it manually. I'm on a project where we can do an hour a day so just have to add a row to my invoice every time I work and just give the date and how many minutes I've done and then it calculates the pay for me.

Either way the invoice adds up for you as you go along through the month then you submit it by the cutoff date given which is usually the second or third day of the new month.

Just to say for those that were asking about the Lionbridge (now Telus) social media evaluation project. This is currently being advertised (recruited for?) in the labor clouds area.

Failed the new Malta quiz, I expect nothing less from myself 😅

@MiddlesexGirl is it worth going for it? I’ve never heard anything back from jobs I’ve applied for.

It seemed a bit more like SD too :( Hey ho, the knock backs are becoming very familiar now :) I do wonder whether SD will start again at some point, perhaps with different categories? Interesting that it's not been pulled from projects list

For the pay rate/effort required it's definitely been worth it for me. I'm just keeping fingers crossed it lasts forever!

@MiddlesexGirl how do I find the labor cloud area? I got onto lionbridge but only have access to uhrs bits. I feel like I went wrong somewhere!

Me too gutted as I spent all morning on the quiz! I got 82% but you need 85% to pass.

@CocoPrivileges, me too. I got 82% and spent from 9 till 12 on it.
