Thought I'd start a new thread for June as I couldn't see one that had been done yet. Ignore if I've cross posted!

@TulipVictory I was thinking maybe I should withdraw in case they try and take it back haha. I've never had any payment errors before so fingers crossed it's right, just seemed random!

Also my invoice has been all auto generated from Ne**en. When can I submit this? Is it from today? Or do I need to wait for an email telling me to do this?

If I do this weeks Ne**en project today
or tomorrow. Will this get added to next next months invoice? Sorry for so many questions. Its my first month submitting an invoice on Ap.

@Poppylife, You can submit anytime from tomorrow, but if you do the work today, it will not be added to your invoice if you submit tomorrow. If you look on Appen Social it should say when we are supposed to submit our invoices each month. It's usually a deadline like the 4th or the 7th depending on the month. I did New**n yesterday so I will wait until next week and hopefully it will be added to my invoice by next Tuesday. If it isn't, I will just submit my invoice on the last possible submission date as I wouldn't want to miss the deadline and not get paid. If you do it tomorrow, it will definitely go on July's invoice.

@TulipVictory I also got the £30 bonus, I do remember a survey mentioning a bonus but was not expecting that amount, a nice surprise, hopefully it's correct.

Hi. Is anyone else still waiting for a Payoneer payment from Appen? I submitted the invoice nearly two weeks ago. It's been approved but the message says it's in the payment queue. I have never waited this long before.

Has your ID been verified?
I know you're allowed 2 to 3 payments if it's not been verified.

Yes all verified and all paid up promptly before. I will wait for a couple of days and see what happens.

It does seem unusual and I'm sure they'll quickly get back to you.

Is anyone on H***h on Appen? Just wondering if it’s auto pay or do I need to submit an invoice? New to this 😂 and when do I need to submit the invoice is it July for work done up to and including today?

@rockinmum Yes, it's auto generated so you don't need to do anything.

I didn't have a clue when I first started ages ago and it does get easier. Just ask anything if you're not sure.

I started the U**k recording project on appen today. It's taken me about 4 hours just to do two data sets. It's really tedious. Still got two data sets to go. I'm not sure it's really worth the money. I know I did a few wrong too.

I have lost the N**e tool in FB. On chat there seems to be quite a few people in the same situation so I'm really hoping it's a glitch. I've had no tickets about anything wrong.
If I don't get it back, can anyone suggest other projects to go for. 5 hours a week was pretty perfect unless I can do a couple of longer chunks that don't have to be everyday.

@Catatemyhomework, I did 2 batches on U as well, then had an email saying they were only accepting recordings from age categories I don't fit into. I've emailed them back saying I did the recordings before the email came out and have yet to receive confirmation that I'll be paid. I'll be cross if I'm not as, like you say, it took hours! H was much easier and quicker for more money!

@ruralwanderer, arrhh shit I have just seen that email too. It was not obvious. You had to read it all the way through to see it hidden in there. I'm not going to do the last two data sets then. Not worth the risk. If I don't get paid I'll be gutted. It honestly took me half of yesterday.

@ruralwanderer @Catatemyhomework Okay, I've done this project too and I don't fit that age group BUT, if you read about it on the projects page it says there about OTHER household members ages that can participate, so it's right that we have done it too.

I knew there was something else that I had read.....if you click on 'work this' on the project page, then click on the guidelines in the tab above, go to page 10 and the top line says 'You can participate in this project

@Frenchdoors1, thanks, but I have checked the small print in the most recent email they sent on 29 June and it definitely says only accepting from certain age groups. It's a bit cheeky of them though as it really isn't obvious from the email and you have to read it very carefully to spot it. I will be really annoyed if I don't get paid for the work I've done though.
