Thought I'd start a new thread for June as I couldn't see one that had been done yet. Ignore if I've cross posted!

@swiftt SD this wkd has been terrible. I've been on all day today and not even done an hour.
I have however just caught the moderator in chat I asked when more data would be available and they said they will check first thing tomorrow - but they believe more data is coming

Well, baby girl made a dramatic appearance on Wednesday after a prolonged labour with a failed epidural ending up in an emergency c-section. But she is the most chilled wee baby, so I’m hoping I’ll still have the odd hour here or there to get some work done. What have I missed? SD? Riv finished?

Yes, congrats! Hurrah for a baby girl. I bet she smells amaaazing!

SD is very slow, like 20 jobs a day slow, and that's frustrating as I usually do 10+ hours over a weekend. Don't know about Riv - I'd heard it ended but I wasn't on it.

Well I decided to have a first attempt at Rev and I am waiting for it to be marked now. I'm still very unsure of it!

I'm curious about the potato too. Is it the new queue they have listed?

Oh dear, I think I did the settings wrong on the Ap task I did, although I haven't heard back yet. Oh well, you live and learn! Does anyone know if you can do it again if you got these settings wrong, or if they'll just change the description for you? I didn't understand that the last setting was for the voice, and was just confused generally...

No - I thought I'd got longer than 20 and was excited, but I jumped the gun. Just 20min. Gah!

An admin/mod on the chat said last night they're pretty sure more data is coming. Fingers crossed we don't have to wait too long for it

@Novelusername hi, I noticed you did the Rev test. Have you heard from them with any feedback. I did it on the 8th June and haven't heard anything yet

@Lifeisforalimitedperiodonly hi, do you mind me asking how long it was before Rev got back to you after taking the test. Did mine on the 8th June but heard nothing so far!

@Novelusername I'm sure you're not the only one, can get confusing sometimes.
Send them a message and they might send it to you again.

@3dogsnorth it was about a week I think.

So, I am determined to try to make some more money - somehow!! I will give my first App task a go today and understand that may not work. I have signed up for Rev too and quite enjoy that sort of thing. Prolific is a struggle though as my ID verification has had some problems....(sure they are sortable). I have many questions though about income supplementation so would be very grateful if anyone can help; do you sign up for loads of different things? If I can't 'cope' with an Appen project how do I withdraw? How sustainable, long term, are these forms of supplementation?? Has anyone done this for more than a few months or a year? With around 5-10 hours a week available, what is the most realistic approach/ gains I can look to make? Thank you :) :)

I did my Rev application in 14 June and haven’t heard back yet. I thought the test was pretty easy, so no doubt I totally ballsed it up and I missed something really obvious.

Ditto re Rev situation- I checked mine again and again before submitting but no reply and it's been a month.The thing I think I ballsed up was 2 male voices which sounded the same to me. I'm really disappointed as I take notes for a living and thought I was ok at it!

So stupidly pleased - am going to try the H*erth task on App as have been given that and have completed about £8 worth of prolific surveys this morning!! YEEE HAAAA. Feel ludicrously out of my depth taking on this kind of work (App) as I have been rather sheltered in my 'proper' job for years but it really doesn't pay well and I have just woken up to the fact that I do want to have more personal spending money. I so hope I can sustain enough effort etc to hit the £10 a day target. :) Any advice very welcome here...:)

If you go to page 1 on this thread there is a list with a few jobs etc there for you to have a look and see what you fancy
