@Ejsk - Myself and @Frenchdoors1 were just discussing this. If you go to Clickworkers Twitter page as well, it mentions on there that they are having trouble.
Hope they fix it soon!

Ooh, just opened the guidelines for LB. I think I will look tomorrow with a clear head. Looks very involved!

@Ejsk I’ve had a couple of transcripts rated now and they’ve been fine. I’m quite enjoying the flexibility and variety of audio available. The per minute rates aren’t great, but I figured it’ll do to get some experience. I’ve made about $70 from doing 4 audio files so far, maybe a few hours work I’d guess. Good luck with it!

@swiftt that’s good going! I’ve just done my practice one, so will try and do a couple of ones tomorrow, hopefully I’ll be rated ok 🤞🏼

@Catatemyhomework I'm on page 190. It is very involved but lots of practice questions so I'm hoping the feedback on those will help me get to grips with it

@PandemicPalava, that's fantastic. How long have you been reading them if you don't mind me asking. Tomorrow will be day 1. Exam is sent to me next Tuesday. So I have 4 days to try and get in a read of everything and practice questions. Quite nervous!

@Catatemyhomework I've been reading them for 2 days.I already have my exam and have until Tuesday to complete it. I'll finish reading tomorrow and spend the day doing practice questions, brush up on guidelines and tackle the exam over the weekend. Have you got a webinar booked? It's very helpful. I'm also incredibly nervous and am going to hopefully remedy that by rating the practice questions tomorrow and ironing out the creases. I've made lots of notes.

@PandemicPalava, you sound very organised. I can't seem to understand the descriptions of the various screenshots for the rating tool. I think I am over thinking it possibly. My exam comes on Tuesday and I have until the 20th to finish it. Yes I have booked a webinar. Monday at 3pm. Can't imagine why I'm putting myself through this! Good luck and let me know how you get on. You definitely sound like you've done lots of preparation. Fingers crossed for you 🤞

Pardon my French but this was a shit A**r round. I made 3 purchases and the rest were scams. I got drill bits, another phone case and some odd feng shui bracelet which also sounds like a scam. Haha. I still like the project but this was a crap round.

Right, I need to look into this LB WkMt again. I was added to it when I first applied for the SME job but nothing happened. Maybe there are more jobs available there? I have just been checking the main LB page and there's not much going on there.

@swiftt OMG I’ve just done my first one, 2 hours later and I’ve finished and it’s worth $15??

@PandemicPalava, I have been sent the LB exam as well. Not in a real frame of mind to do it tbh. I've been reading the work but not sinking in.

@Ejsk ouch! I was probably about the same for my first one, actually. But now it takes me about an hour to do a 30 minute file, maybe a little over an hour if I need to listen back more than once. Once you’ve had 45 minutes graded, you move up to R*beer rather than Rookie, and there are much more jobs on there. The easy ones definitely aren’t very well paid, but if you can do them quickly enough then I’m finding it worthwhile.

@Ejsk have you tried TkeNte? They’re UK based and seem to pay a bit better. I’m doing my first shift with them tonight.

@Rad2016, I am only on page 30 of the guidelines. It is not sinking in!

I'm almost at the end. I get the general idea but there are so many if this or if that etc etc I'm not sure I can apply it to specific examples. Just about to finish reading and start the practice questions

@swiftt ah ok good to know it took you that long as well! I’ll see what my grade comes back as I am not overly confident...shall have a look at the one you mention!

@Ejsk I wasn’t confident about mine either but I’ve had all 5s so far, so now feel confident enough to submit without spending quite as much time checking everything over. I’ll let you know how TN goes!

Good luck everyone on your LB exams. From what I hear it's a good project.

@YonderTweek completely agree. I got one thing! 2 were subscriptions, 2 kept crashing when I tried to pay (I use PayPal and I refuse to give them my CC number as they both had bad reviews for second charges etc) and I got one thing. It is a nice jacket and was a gift for my sister. So she's very happy.
