Welcome to the March thread everyone.

The idea of the thread is to earn a bit of extra cash. There are a few ways to do this. I'm sure some of our regulars can add to this. But here's some ideas.

@lannister, you hold down the ctrl key and left click. This new version of B@ne was weird tonight. We had thumb nails and apparently not necessary to open URLs. Going forward, we'll see what happens. I found it much harder this evening.

@Catatemyhomework thanks for reminding me. yeah i did notice the thumbnail thing, i wonder if the ctrl & left click will work on these. I had to use my phone timer this evening, very stressful

@lannister, it was really stressful. I kept timing out. Managed 10 in 1.5 hours. Hopefully they'll change it for the better!

What vinyl did everyone get? Im a bit jealous by that.

I've finally had a dreaded message from a seller! I had to buy a piece of art from Canada and the artist has messaged me saying she can't believe I've found her art work all the way from the UK and how it's made her day and could I tell her how I found her 😫🙈

B@ne was an actual faff last night, much easier to time out when clicking all the thumbnails. Hope they fix it for the better, especially as this fix was meant to help us work faster 🙄

@unicornpoopoop Oh dear, I am dreading this! I also feel bad because I have purchased something from a small family business and I want to return it. Maybe I'll keep the product and let them have the sale...

I got the vinyl too. Mine is the Sex Pistols so could be worse.

I worked so hard on K*x yesterday and I got up early today to do some more but there's no tasks available. I'm actually really disappointed because I thought this could be another project that will be a steady earner for a bit. K*x gave me steady 20+ hours a week for a good couple of months last year and I was loving it. Ho hum. At least I can finish my purchases today. Maybe make a cheesecake.

I think I’d just say my employer has asked me to source some Canadian artwork.

Shipping costs for artwork are quite high, fingers crossed it puts you over your employers budget...

Just discovered this thread and had no idea all these sorts of things existed! I've signed up to Prolific to ease myself in gently.

I'm also wondering why you all keep censoring the project and company names, can anyone explain?

@Turtleoo - this is probably my favourite thread. I'm always looking at it [grin}

It blows my mind a little, that we can earn money online. At first the idea of £10 a day seemed silly to me, but now....£10 is alot of money and hard to earn. So it's a great achievement if you hit the target. (all the pennies add up!)

I'm guessing all the projects and company names are censored a little as it's a confidentially thing.

@AnotherOne4 I was a regular up until about a year ago then covid/furlough/toddler/pregnancy hit and I just never seemed to find the time.

Things are calming down for me now so I'm dipping my toe back in, and so pleased I am! I also check multiple times a day haha

@rhij86 - I lost my job of over twenty years due to Covid and finding a new one is blommin hard! So I have nothing better to then read this thread and earn pennies online lol

I also wish I'd known about this pre children as I had so much spare time. I don't really have much now, so getting stuck in to the bigger projects isn't going to be for me at the moment. Sadly!

Actually I have a question regarding QMEE is anyone can help.

I emailed them yesterday querying why I keep getting the notification that I can unlock higher paid surveys if I fill in my profile. My profile is 100%, so there is nothing more I can do to it.
However, logging in on my laptop today, I get no surveys, yet on my iphone I do get surveys. What's going on there? Have they somehow blocked me or something?

@AnotherOne4 I know some surveys only work on mobiles/tablets etc - could it be that?? Super annoying about the profile emails though!

@rhij86 I haven't had a survey all morning on (QMEE) the laptop. That's unusual for them. I've emailed them and asked, but these things take 24 hours+ to get a response

I've just signed up with Qmee today and have had quite a few surveys available on my mobile. Most of them I don't seem to get through the first few questions before getting a message as I'm not suitable for the survey though!

Quick question for Am*r experts.

My final purchase is beer from a Korean website. Should I skip this because it is alcohol?

The 'skip' guidelines only mention tobacco/smoking and drug products. Nothing about alcohol.
