Welcome to the March thread everyone.

The idea of the thread is to earn a bit of extra cash. There are a few ways to do this. I'm sure some of our regulars can add to this. But here's some ideas.

@AnotherOne4 Well done! Hope it goes well. I'm not sure how long the review process takes, but I patiently waited for weeks, until I finally gave them a little nudge. They were very apologetic that my test hadn't been dealt with and sorted it within 24 hours. So don't hesitate to send them a message if it feels like it's taking ages.

UserTesting rejected me and I'm still bitter about it. The first time I tried it there was a problem with my mic. Then they kindly let me do it again and I failed. I reckon it's because the task was the same both times, and I think I said something like "I'm actually familiar with this website already". That or my mic failed again and they thought I can't be trusted with mics.

Just did the UserTesting test. Don't think it went very well
We'll see what happens once they review it.

@lilmishap it's not accurate about the $50 (it possibly used to be) - I only got paid $19 by appen this month and it was paid into my payoneer and then on to my paypal within minutes

unless you need £50+ for your first withdrawal?

For some reason I was never offered the PayPay option. If that makes any difference I'm waiting to hear

A&&en peeps, I’m an optimist and therefore thinking about my summer hols. I understand with the projects I’m on I can’t do them abroad. Has anyone had experience with how long you can be away without getting removed?
I can’t find any info on their site.

I believe that if you're away you just send them a message to say how long you will be unavailable for.

@redgirl1 I carried on doing N**e when I was on holiday abroad a year ago and there was no problem with it so it must be ok for some projects.

@redgirl1 I did N*le from a couple of different countries so not all of them are a problem. Figured it only took me 10 mins to do the batch so might as well!
But yes, just send a message I think for most of them to explain why you haven't been active.

redgirl1, I carried on doing B@ne when I went to France last summer. I did email the PM first to check though. Some projects you can. Some you can't. I had bad Internet though and didn't get much done in the end.

@Catatemyhomework, @Dancingdolphins, @TheHumanFund. Thank you! I hope they will say yes, hoping to go to France for 4 weeks to see family. This month is going so well with the kids back at school, why I’m dwelling on things that won’t happen for months that might scupper the extra income I don’t know. Clearly I need to get out more
