I only think that the case - not 100% sure, as you say it's not very clear but that's the way they usually seem to do things. I suppose one way to check would be follow the link and see if you can access the tool. If you can't then presumably they've not set your account up yet.

Congrats on Amr. So envious. Applied for it twice and never get anywhere. N is about to finish for me, which will be a big hit on my income. The other projects that usually release data once a month aren't doing much so I'm looking at other options.

Sorry to hear that @seizethecuttlefish, it's a bit hit and miss isn't it. I apply for everything I can and hope I get something.

No update from Appen after having been accepted on to N*. I messaged them and they sent a pro forma reply of a link to their FAQs about what to do if I was having trouble accessing the tool. I explained that I was querying not being access to the tool in the first place. And I've had no response at all.

Not being added to the tool in the first place, that should say.

@Ilovefood1 I'm going to wait to and I suspect that if we are meant to start then they will send us an email reminder!

@NancyBannister Keep bothering them. This happened to me and the person who dealt with my initial message replied that they would sort it and add me to the tool which they did!

Anyone get statements yet???

Hi Guys, I'm on project Am*r on Appen for those who were asking about it. There is a round of purchasing every month, so if you've only just been added, it will be too late to join the October cycle, and you should make it on to the November cycle.
I've only completed one cycle so far and here were my experiences:
I was given 10 adverts to purchase from, and I'm starting to receive the items now. Ive had:
-two jumpers from Shein-type chinese stores
-A £65 skin serum and facecream set from Skinkissed (I love this one!)
-SAfety glasses
-face visor
-a £100 professional microphone for bloggers, youtube video makers
-a venison salami from the Wild Game meat store
-a felt making kit (can re-gift this as a christmas present)
-some mens combat trousers
-a Galaxy projector - shines a star pattern on the bedroom ceiling -this one will be regifted too :)
The purchasing and reimbursment process was all fine! Just make a note of all your purchase, order confirmations, and expected shipping dates.

Ah that explains Am*r. I was accepted about 2 weeks ago but since then nothing. Hopefully for November. Sounds good Gail. I like it that you're going over the top first too, so you can tell us what to do!

I was paid by A on Monday.

I'm trying to really push with Potato as it is the most work really. (As in quantity) Some mornings I log on and find 7,000 in the queue which is when you can bishbosh a tenner an hour easily. My record was Monday when I hit £17. (Not in an hour though, on and off)

I get some But*ler early morning as well but Sheesh they're tedious. And badly paid.

I've got no work at all at the moment. Feeling a bit despondent as we're half through October now. Even made me wonder if my email had stopped working. Hopefully things pick up soon.

Thanks @whysotriggered. I am waiting on Appen projects that usually come every month but haven't come yet for October. Also I got accepted on a Teamai project that was supposed to start earlier but been delayed. I am also waiting for a UTest project from 2 November apparently but not certain yet. Neevo quiet too as you say. I will keep plugging away.
