It's a brand new month so have started a new thread.

I've had few emails from Neevo over the weekend offering work, however I still haven't received payment for tasks I did at the beginning of May so am giving them a wide berth. Anyone else?

@newmodelarmy I'm working with a career coach and she sent me some good advice re CVs. I wasn't aware of ATS. I might be the last person to realise though ShockI had a really eye catching CV but because it wasn't ATS compliant I was getting screened out.

ifuckarses · 29/06/2020 10:09

At**s RPH is still the same though, which works out at 1 min 20 secs per page, so the 5 mins timer was very generous. I guess they give 3 mins for if you need to do extra research on any tricky ones. Really hoping for some work this week! A, either of the Bs or W... Anything would do!

Is anyone else still playing with shares on Trading 212 and have any recommendations? I've been concentrating on Sainsburys and Boohoo as both have been forecast as riding the Corona virus storm. Both are doing well and I'm getting excited at the prospect of dividends! I'd like to expand my portfolio so it would be good to have some ideas if anyone else can recommend?

For anyone wanting to join please use my link and deposit a £1 to get a free share:

I am trying to pluck up the courage to actually start working on Crisp. Is it actually straight away "live" work and no test period?

Also they have mentioned having a plug in emoji app for Chrome. They put a link in the email that mentioned it but the link doesn't work. Do I definitely need this? If so what are you all using?

Azerothi · 29/06/2020 13:29

@lynsey91
It is slow today so you don't feel under pressure if you do start :) You'll be OK, just give it a 5-minute try. I used the emoji thing in a link but it was a long time ago.

toastytea · 29/06/2020 13:30

@lynsey91 how long did you wait until they told you that you'd passed the test? I'm still waiting to hear back! (The 30min rating)

WonderTweek · 29/06/2020 13:57

I was wondering why I hadn't received any more invitations from Intellizoom for ages and I realised that I still haven't done the practice study. Blush I need to get on it but can't seem to find a quiet time to do it as my child and husband are always around. Confused

toastytea · 29/06/2020 14:08

@lynsey91 ignore that! Just had the email to say I've passed by some miracle!

lynsey91 · 29/06/2020 14:11

@Azerothi it is slow isn't it? I did 5 minutes and only got 3! They were all non English though and I wasn't totally sure what to do. I looked at the post on facebook for 2 of them and used the translation but the third one said the facebook link was broken. I then tried copying the post and putting it in a translation page but the supposed English translation made no sense whatsoever. I ended up saying I was unsure if it was a risk or not.

Is there a different way to translate posts?

I really feel like I don't really know what I am doing!

lynsey91 · 29/06/2020 14:13

@toastytea congrats. I really was amazed to hear I had passed. I have read through everything they sent but still feel like I don't know what I am doing. I guess it will come in time though so will just take it really slowly.

seizethecuttlefish · 29/06/2020 14:21

@lynsey91 are they not translated? In that case you can mark not contracted language. They have hints and tips and one of them is don't open the link unless you're prompted to. At first I had loads that I unsured and emailed for clarification. Usually my gut was right, which was really reassuring. I'm not on at the mo. Too slow to make any money and I'm not on shifts. This is what it was like before lockdown so I'm having a bit of a cruel reminder of the fact I didn't make money on it Confused

Catatemyhomework · 29/06/2020 14:27

Anyone read the new A*s guidelines? I'm confused now, particularly the bit about whether it's a process or an ingredient Confused

commonasmukk · 29/06/2020 14:32

Congrats @toastytea. @lynsey91 It took me a cpl of days to pluck up the courage to start.
Ive been doing it for a cpl of hours each night and my speed is starting to pick up. I'm on £14 upto now.
No feedback as of yet does anyone know if this normal I'm not sure if I'm doing it right.

WildSkitty · 29/06/2020 14:38

@ruralwanderer yes I've had the same issues with Intellizoom

lynsey91 · 29/06/2020 14:38

@seizethecuttlefish no they weren't translated. Really threw me as I don't remember reading anything about what to do if they are not in English.

Where do you mark that they are not contracted language. Sorry if I am being thick but I am worried about making mistakes.

seizethecuttlefish · 29/06/2020 14:46

It's one of the options on the left. Usually at the top of the list. I tend to get them in wee runs of non translated.

ruralwanderer · 29/06/2020 14:46

@WildSkitty, they emailed me back to say they'd experienced a technical glitch with the surveys over the weekend which has now been resolved. Of the 4 surveys I had been sent, two were still open but I screened out of both of them. D'oh!

On the bright side, I finally got access to T* so that's another $37 earned this month!

toastytea · 29/06/2020 14:57

@commonasmukk that sounds like a good rate per hour! I'll be just doing a bit in Evenings too. Is it true that there is always work?

commonasmukk · 29/06/2020 15:02

@toastytea £14 is for around 3-4 hours work but I'm still trying to take my time. I've not had any problems I log on around 8ish in the evenings and there always work.

WildSkitty · 29/06/2020 15:16

@ruralwanderer ah that's good to know, thanks. Will give them another go when I get home!

MrsWombat · 29/06/2020 17:07

@lynsey91 There are instructions in the wiki for when it's a different language. It's something they mention regularly on Slack for the newbies.

MrsWombat · 29/06/2020 17:18

Whooohoo I just got a £24 test case approved for uTest that I didn't think I would get because they couldn't get my account to work how it needed to be. (not a bug) Grin

BertieBotts · 29/06/2020 17:37

Erm, what is ATS for CVs??

NewModelArmyMayhem18 · 29/06/2020 17:42

@seizethecuttlefish I had no idea - just had to look it up. Here you are @BertieBotts. You live and learn!
